The couch had stains and felt like it was broken when you sat on it. The carpet was ripped almost the whole length of the bathroom door. The fridge took hours to make anything cool. It took about half an hour to check out which is ridiculous. I was charged more for my rooms than what was stated and have an unknown charge on my credit card that the staff said was taxes, even though the room taxes were in the cost of the room. Not a great experience at all!!

Check in was at 3. Our room was not ready until nearly 5. It seemed like a lot of travellers had the same issue. I had to ask if we could use the pool while we waited, and we were aloud. However, there are no towels in the pool area and you have to get them from the front desk. This was extremely inconvenient as the walk is pretty lengthy. It would have been nice for the front desk to offer the towels when I asked about the pool. The pool was dirty. The floor was extremely wet and was dangerously slippery. When we finally got our room we were happy with the size but discovered that the TVs were on close caption, and we could not figure out how to take it off. My husband went down to the front desk to ask, (as the phone did not work in our room either) and no one was able to help us. We made up the pullout for one of our kids and the cushions were very dirty… Family of 5, only 2 towels so again, a walk down to front desk. . . Breakfast was fine. There’s a pancake machine the kids all enjoyed. Would not recommend to stay here.

We stayed in the presidential suite which was an excellent layout. Unfortunately the one air conditioning unit went on and off all night long, and the king bed mattress was one of the worst we’ve ever experienced. The breakfast was extremely busy and very underwhelming - the staff ran out of many items very quickly. On a bright side, the indoor pool was very large and kids had a great time in it.

Short staffed and garbage and towels no take and replenished

Our room was great but the rest of the building in poor condition. We had 4 guest and only 2 towels and two facecloths provided. Waited hours and three trips to the front desk to get more. No pool towels and absolutely no extra towels after first night. Also receipt from hotel on checkout was charged more than my Expedia booking!!

Had to wait over an hour for check in. And was not notified until we arrived with 4 kids. No discount was offered and no apology.

We have stayed here before and was disappointed to the condition of the hotel. The outside gardens are a mess and that's a shame as you have great plants. The entrance to the laneway garden has been hit by a car and never repaired. The side entrance is also not bin fixed since we where here the last time (retaining wall). The pool walls need a good cleaning and the pool divider needs repair before someone gets hurt. The floaters are broken and very sharp.You replaced the nice wooden furniture with cheap stuff and that was surprising. Where are you to put your stuff when staying for a week? You where training a few new people and doing a good job with them, they where all very helpful. You have added an Ice Cream station at the front desk but the icecreams where not refilled this week and also when we came back the next week where still not replaced(even when asked about it).(chocolate and mint chocolate chip) What happened to the fresh breakfast that you used to have. This was very disapointing. Keep trying, go back to the basic's and give your visitors what they deserve.

I like the amount of room you get in a suite. But the room have gone downhill. We stayed here a few years ago and the furniture was very good (sofa and side chair, kitchen table and chairs,dressors) now theres a aweful small and very uncomfortable pull out couch and no comfee side chair also no table and chairs. If you have a room for 6 people there should be 6 seats. You have a chair for the desk but everyone else has to sit on the floor. We did ask for some chairs from the banquet room (as we did last week when we were here) but that didn't happen. I also asked for a bathseat that didn't happen either. The telephone also didn't work. And the toilet ran. We asked for assistance but got none. The night staff tryed to help out but the day staff didn't follow through. We had stayed here for 4 days the week before and left an adapter in the bathroom , we reported it but never got it back. Why do you advertize a kitchen suite if there is no supplies that come with it. Everywhere we go we get a kitchen suite and they all come with dishes , silverware, tea towels, dish rack , everything you need in a kitchen. What's the point of having a kitchen that's empty and no table and chairs. We did talk to some of the staff and they all agreed that the hotel is struggling with it's services eventhough its full all the time. We'll be coming back to Moncton in the future but not sure we'll stay here. So sad.This could be a great hotel.

Separate bedroom and living room with lots of room for the whole family, very good variety for breakfast, great sized pool, good location. Could be modernized but overall, would recommend.

I have booked on hotels.com during a long road trip. I got confirmation mail from hotels.com. Further l, I got online checking in link from Wyndham, which I filled and confirmed. It was for two families and books two suites. When we reached the hotel past midnight with children, the hotel night duty said it was cancelled and he doesn’t have any rooms. He was not even friendly or helpful. He simply said hotel sent a mail L, which is not true. I even got mails asking for feedback about our stay. I’m very sure that he sold it to someone else. This is ridiculous. Worst experience in my more than a decade of using hotels.com

Did not like the carpet

We booked for 6 people but the 3rd bed we had to ask for sheets and pillows. There were 2 towels so had to ask for four more. Which were delivered but quite late The staff were nice there just wasn’t enough for the size of hotel and the hotel was busy

Très belle accueil par une jeune demoiselle bilingue chaque fois qu’on la voyait elle était toujours souriante et près à nous aidez au besoin.Les autres staff sont très bien aussi.Endroit calme et sécuritaire,Le restaurant pour le déjeuner peut accueillir beaucoup de monde un bon choix de nourriture pour le déjeuner

Room was great. However I had made arrangements over the phone prior to arriving for an extra hour before checking out. On day of check out I was told I couldn't have a late check out they finally agreed to 30 minutes extra. Also lady when we checked in Was great the lady I was talking to at check out was not nice very abrupt and unfriendly. Breakfast was pretty decent but way too busy 7 of us had to sit at a 5 person table and the selection wasn't the greatest

First thing noticed was garbage under corner of bed. Went to use the washroʻm and shower, almost fell off toliet, it seemed like it wasnt even bolted down. Then noticed that there was hair in the shower. I weny yo call doen to frobt desk and you guessed it the phone did not work! I called using my cell phone and had to leave a message for a call back which no one ever fid get back to me. Then i started noticing other things, just to name a few, a bandage was over the peephole in the door, pull out bed had garbage left in, hair in the bed, screens on the window were holding on with wire. When i walked down to front desk, they told me there was no other room available and it was late. Then tried to offer me Wyndham points. Never have I been so disappointed with conditions of a room or staff service.
