Overall good, it’s not really fair to use my experience as I was in and out in a very short time frame but more so that the property is basically brand new so it should all be “excellent”.

Clean room , friendly staff and easy parking. Nice breakfast.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Check in and out representatives were very helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking was very convenient. Good for families.

Nice room with spacious bathroom- only thing strange was there were no dressers. Beds very comfy. Quiet- couldn't hear other guests. Price was good for room, parking included. Hot breakfast included with eggs, sausage rounds,hash browns, waffles and all other stuff. Pool was nice - on smaller side but still room to swim- we did notice the level of chlorine seemed high - had minor skin reaction. Overall very pleased with hotel minus these things.

Everything and everyone was excellent, we had an amazing time and very positive experience.

I booked a couple of rooms for my family and my parents who were visiting Niagara Falls with us. I booked this hotel simply because the hotels near the falls were atrociously priced and I didn’t want to stay in USA and spend my money there. I was pleasantly surprised, it was convenient, and it totally made sense for parking and a great free breakfast as well saved a couple of 100 bucks for us total. Excellently kept hotel, totally worth the price I paid.
