We love the breakfast buffet and the eating options close to the hotel. They also upgraded our room this time, which was much appreciated.

No room cleaning. We explicitly asked for it. We’re oromised, but nothing. Then in the evening we asked tdst st least done supplies (water and cleaner would be provided since no room cleaning). Were promised round be dropped off immediately. Never happened. Really bad!!!!

Loved our time here. The staff was super sweet and helpful. The service was above and beyond. Our favorite part was breakfast, delicious buffet style dining.

Great staff

One of the main reasons we stay at this hotel is for the pool and it was closed down for a deep cleaning, which wasn’t mentioned at check in. I felt like they should be providing discounts particularly for families with kids. The beds were very hard and small.

Property was amazing friendly staff

This is a very different Hilton stay. The place was beautiful, the restaurant was nice, service was good. Breakfast is not included the buffet is really pricey around 25 dollars per person but we had a really great time.

We had a nice stay

Property is great. It has everything. Maybe the spa (massage) could be more friendly. We went for a relaxing massage , left a bit sore and unrelaxed. They could be a bit more responding to the customer needs. There we give 2.5 stars. Other than that , property was great!

The hotel is very nice. Food was good. rooms were clean. everyone was super friendly. The only bad was pool was closed the entire time we were there.

This hotel was perfect for our family. The market within walking distance was convenient and the pool was a lot of fun.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a very nice area, dining options were in walking distance. We chose to eat at the hotel for my birthday dinner since we got in later than planned. The food was expensive, but not very good at all!

This hotel is comfortable, it's fine. Not some luxury palace, here are some pluses. The beds, and I stayed in two different rooms on two separate occasions: are comfortable. Air conditioning - works fine and can adjust down to 18 if needed that cold. Cleanliness, acceptable. Rooms Safe? YES and easy to use. Shower okay, but old. The hotel is older, rooms showing age. Everything works, but aging. So if you are here for an overnight, or a few days, who cares. UBER super easy from this hotel to get to San Jose or Airport. From airport there is a shuttle on the hour, but I used the taxi (no uber) from airport ! Cost about 30 US dollars, to hotel from airport. Coffee in the rooms. Not good, silly. In fact on my second night, the cleaning staff didn't bother refilling or even cleaning my coffee cup. I could have brought it up to management but did not, I wasn't bother by it because I did not bother with the horrible coffee packets. Instead, go to the bar restaurant downstairs. Coffee is free. Super great and really fun! the bar area. Flight crews and temporary travelers hanging out, having a good time. Bartenders are super great. I mean world class, nice people, polite and helpful. The food is good in the restaurant. Hot tip, if you are looking for real Ceviche, order the "Acapulco Ceviche" at the bar. The menu has fried, which is not authentic, yet it is tasty. There was an Italian night with a buffet and real opera singers when I was there. Incredible. So fantastic. I'll B back

We stayed here because it was close to the airport and could accommodate our family. The hotel way much nicer than we were expecting. We staff was extremely pleased and there were no problems communicating in English. Our rooms were very comfortable and spacious. I would recommend coming and staying here

This is a good hotel for short stays a night or two.
