This was our 3rd year of booking this hotel for the kids enjoy the pool open till 10pm. The property manager has always been so kind to us

This is a great budget hotel that is clean and within walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg.

This Inn was very nice. Building is old but they are doing renovations. Great place to lay your head after a day at Williamsburg, Busch Gardens or the water park. It was like stepping back in time with the "drive up" rooms and brick decor. Nothing fancy but well worth the value.

The room is clean. I believe it is newly renovated. The breakfast is not that great.

Great location near historic Williamsburg. One of the most comfortable bed I’ve experienced and the a/c worked wonderfully while it the weather was in the 90s. Very polite and attentive staff! We highly recommend this hotel.

The property is conveniently located to several tourist attractions. It is also close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms are outdated with attention needed in the bathroom. There was mold along the shower and window. There was also an issue with the tub. It felt as though I was standing on a waterbed to shower. The beds are not comfortable either. However, for the price I paid (approx $50/night), It was perfect for what we needed. It was a safe place to sleep at night and close to where we were going. The outdoor pool was nice also after a long day in the heat.

The only complaint we had was the breakfast - all that was offered was bread, cereal and stale muffins.

I felt safe as single traveler. Nice spacious room, excellent pricing for historic area of Williamsburg. Pool stayed open late, breakfast/deliveries offered Not bad for 1-2 night time stay

Room had no AC, no WiFi. Bathroom was dirty and breakfast was white bread and cereal.

Very quiet...I was able to sleep so well. Love that I can't hear any neighboring guests.

Always quiet and nice and I love the historic feel. I'll be back again

Quick weekend get away for our anniversary. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Price for two nights was better than one night somewhere else. Floors and bed were recently replaced. Could use a better couch because the one in this room was obviously well used, however it was still usable. Very happy we chose to stay here

I was pleasantly surprised

Check in lobby was very nice. Other facilities needed some repair and updating. The continental breakfast was a joke. White bread, muffins from kids muffin packages, some kind of generic cereal, and Sunny D Some staff were kind and accommodating, others were somewhat rude.

Safe, quiet and clean. Restaurants are within walking distance.

Staff were helpful but the property needed renovation. Bathroom door didn't close properly and there were broken tiles on the floor which had sharp edges. Mattress & pillows didn't smell too good. Breakfast on the first morning was almost non existent- only cereals available.

When we first arrived they had our number of days incorrect so it took a while extra to get that figured out. You definitely get what you pay for. The wallpaper was peeling off and it was musky smelling when we got there. Definitely could use some extra TLC with the bathroom cleaning.
