They need to do a little more detail on the cleaning. The bathtub had black rings around it. Plus floors needed a little more thorough cleaning. Especially the floors inside the hotel.

The outlets in the room wouldn't work and the pool and hot tub were filthy.

I believed all the Expedia reviews but yikes! Customer service is was good they were friendly but the hotel was so dirty and stinky. Splatters on the walls of who knows what. Shower never got very hot at all. Hotel was stinky and warm upon arrival.

Close to BYU.

Very thing was great except “ plugg in outlets closest to bed , broken

Breakfast was unorganized, food was limited compare to other Best Western. The towels were not white, and only basement ice machine was working.

I like nearly everything about this Hotel except they use cheap toilet paper which I can stand for one night.

The room was big and looked overall clean. The balcony had dirt and cobwebs everywhere never gets cleaned. The toilet had a block of wood behind it to help keep the toilet from moving around. The beds were not comfortable at all. The free hot breakfast was the best thing about this hotel.

My first room bedding was dirty, also the fire alarm was beeping non stop. I called the front desk, they wanted me to take them out , which is impossible due to not having a ladder and talk about unsafe. They switched us to a new room that was just as bad.

There was no hot water for showers either morning. Reported it to the office the first night but got no response. On checkout the clerk said I remember you telling me that yesterday and maintenance said it was fixed. It wasn’t fixed and made morning prep very uncomfortable. Very disappointed with the response from the staff.

Pool was great

This is a decent motel located within walking distance of the BYU football stadium. When I checked into my room there was a cleanliness issue, but the hotel staff quickly fixed the problem after I told them about it. I like this motel, I plan to stay there again, and I recommend it to others. It's a well priced option.

Breakfast orange juice machine was broken because OJ was watery.

They need more employees for check-in and the people that were working deserve a raise. We waited in line for a good 30 minutes. No water in the lobby. Our key card got us into our room, we left for a couple hours, and it didn't work so I had to go back down to get it reactivated. Not the best experience I have had.

Staff was very friendly and accommodative. Great having water and coffee in the libby 24/7. Breakfast was good with adequate space to congregate.

Rooms clean. Bed was ok but pillows not very good. Area good and was very convenient.

Good experience. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Warm breakfast.

Treated very good. Liked the room. Very quiet!
