Great Stay

This resort had amazing staff members. It was a very clean environment. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake. We can’t wait to stay again and check out their Christmas events!

Wonderful place with lots to do

Property was very nice but rooms need to be updated.

Staff was great, carpet in hallway bad, towels had a musty odor. Food in restaurant was very good.

Great room with a good view, complimentary upgrade, the staff were very courteous, as for the amenities the hot tub and pool were wonderful and the game room was pretty cool too, we had an amazing weekend here

The room did not look like the pictures. Water in the shower would not stay at a consistent temperature and would burn you.

It was a lovely location

Room was clean. The temperature was too warm and no way to cool it down - even when we opened the balcony door to cool it down, the air would turn off and the heat would turn on - 67 degrees or warmer always....they did bring us a box fan which was really nice. The steak at the restaurant was rrally goos! The hot tub is huge and rrally hot.

We were very disappointed in our stay here. The hotel is in desperate need of a facelift. The carpeting in the hallway had lots of wrinkles, creating a fall hazard, especially when carrying luggage and arms are full. The woodwork around the doors and in the bathroom was chipped and in need of painting. The bathtub was stained and looked like it had a nonskid surface at one time, but now it was so slippery and there were no grab bars to prevent falling when entering or exiting the tub. The room also had a musty smell, like someone had left wet clothes lying in a corner. We will definitely book another property the next time we are in this area.

Great service. Fun atmosphere. The rooms are nice and clean but the overall appearance is dated and needs an update. The carpet in the halls were worn out. Would stay here again.

Great place go all the time

This property used to be A+. Lack of investment and upkeep has it showing its age. Room had musty smell and bathroom had unrepaired issues from a prior leak

Obviously once a top place of luxury and still has loads of charm and beauty. We especially loved our balcony view of the river, the restaurant design and food and the heated pool in late October (indoor with outdoor portion).
