Underbart läge med nära till allt. Frukosten var underbar

Jättebra frukost!! Snyggt rum med jättebra säng! Parkering utanför var toppen! Hotellets läge är topp med vacker utsikt mot floden och gamla staden. Livlig bar trots att den inte känns så mysig, vilket gäller för hela hotellet. Trots detta skulle jag inte tveka att boka det igen 😊

Personalen i receptionen och incheckning var jättetrevliga och tillmötesgående. Däremot de 2 i personalen i baren verkade inte ens se oss när stod i baren, under all kritik. Vi har bott flera gånger på ert hotel. Tack

Très bel hôtel, très joli sauna, beaux bars et restaurants. Service impeccable, rien à redire. Les prix sont ceux attendus dans un 5 étoiles, normal aussi. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à y dormir 2 nuits.

Lækkert sted

Dejligt ophold. Tæt på midtbyen. Skøn morgenmad. Fint værelse og badeværelse. Udsigten fra vores værelse var dog noget kedelig, men vi havde heller ikke bestilt med udsigt. Vi vil booke samme hotel igen, når vi kommer til Lübeck.

Opersonligt med ointresserad personal men snyggt och rent

Check-in og check-ud var en lidt ærgerlig oplevelse. Receptionisten under check-in var noget inkompetent og meget dårlig til engelsk. Skuffende at vi ikke bliver oplyst omkring de forskellige parkeringsmuligheder, men blot anderkender at vi kan parkere i kælderen til 22 eur i døgnet. Havde været godt service at nævne man kan holde udenfor hotellet til 8 eur i døgnet.

Jättebra läge, stora mysiga rum.

Beautiful location with only a short walk to the centre of Lubeck. Ample parking (public car park €8 for 24 hours - free on Sundays/holidays) and the hotel also has underground private parking. The check-in was very smooth and the staff excellent. We booked an accessible room and it was perfect with a roll-in shower that had a fold-up seat if you didn't have to roll-in. More than enough room to turn a wheelchair in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the heat/airconditioner worked well. As I don't drink coffee (there was a Nespresso machine (sadly no George Clooney to operate it!!!) the hotel supplied a small electric kettle within 30 minutes of my reqest. The bar prices were not extortionate and the bar staff friendly and helpful. The public areas were spacious and beautifully maintained, as were the open spaces outside. Two small niggles: The windows in our particular room did not open although I noticed some rooms with tip/tilt windows and there were no USB ports at all. The breakfast was (like almost all of the hotel) excellent with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. We noticed that all the staff made some small conversation rather than just saying hello or goodbye and the impression was that they had been wonderfully trained. We would definitely stay again if in the area and highly recommend the Radisson Blu hotel.

Hotel excelente! Quarto espaçoso, cama e chuveiro muito bom, bonita decoração; roupas de cama branquinhas e novas. Café da manhã excelente! Atendimento da recepção e café da manhã excelente! Localização excelente; fizemos tudo a pé! Tem estacionamento no subsolo. Se eu voltar para Lübeck, neste hotel ficarei hospedada.

Verkligen bra frukost på Hotellet.

Room was nice and clean, but would have preferred a double bed over two singles, but that was not available at time of check-in. Nice pool and wellness area. Decent breakfast. Parking in the underground car park was convenient, but charged separately.

Kommer gerne tilbage, super morgenmad, stort værelse
