Rating & Review Keseluruhan Residence Inn by Marriott Indianapolis Fishers

Our room was very comfortable and clean, the entire staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast are is very nicely done with a lot of space. We would most definitely stay there again.

We booked this hotel solely for the reason that they had a pool and hot tub so we were very disappointed to find out the pools were filled with concrete when we got there. Breakfast was ok, the cook did a great job keeping everything out for being by himself. Older hotel but very clean just wish they would update about no pool.

It was the worst experience. A lot of constructions. False advertising. No pool. And staff didn’t inform us of this prior to check in. Very disappointed and wasted money. Son birthday was ruined.

The hotel was great. I love the fact that it had indoor swimming pool and hot tub. The room was great. The only thing is the pillows kind of suck, the room was stuffy all night. I had to heat all the way down had the window open still didn’t circulate in the room but other than that, it was fine.

Customer service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious

Overall good, but 2 out of the 3 T'Vs were unplugged and even the cable wasn't screwed in. We thought they were broken, but then figured it out. Other than that, it was fine for a night. Thank you

Very clean but room need updated

Hotel was nice enough, amenities good, & breakfast extraordinary, but we could not get many of the stations on the tv that the hotel said they offered, & particularly Nickelodeon. This made it difficult to entertain our grandkids who visited us there every single day during our week-long stay. Nothing was done to remedy the situation, & the maintenance guy simply said the TVs were “old.”

Overall good hotel, maybe a bit old.

The staff was VERY RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL. They assisted me with a last minute change of itinerary with no problems at all! They really treat Marriott Bonvoy members well!

Everything was wonderful. We stayed 8 days. Very comfortable. Good breakfast. Really nice staff at all hours. Water bottles, coffee and juice available 24/7. Everything was great. We’d stay again without question. Great value for what we paid.

My husband and I alway enjoy staying at Marriott hotels. We visit our grandchildren several times a year and stay at different Marriotts in the Carmel of Fishers area of Indiana. Residence Inn is one of our favorites. This property was very nice. Clean and quiet. The staff was excellent.

Went for 2024 Solar Eclipse. Offered free bottled water and had an event for the eclipse. Staff was super friendly!

We enjoyed our Suite, and the location. The front desk was very helpful, and friendly.

The staff was very professional and kind. They make you feel welcomed from the time you walk in the door. From checking in to checking out was a breeze. The breakfast was very good and they had plenty of options that you can choose from. The Biscuits and gravy were the best! The rooms were spacious and clean. The hallways were clean and had a nice scent. They are pet friendly which is a plus! The property was well kept on the outside as well. I will definitely return again when i go to Indianapolis. I have to give 10/10

From the time we stepped foot in the door ALL staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and meet every need. Everyone always had a smile. Breakfast had more options than we’ve had any other place and we travel a lot. Can’t see enough great things about this Residence Inn
