I'm very disappointed with this stay. It was my fourth trip, and we specifically booked in advance so that my children could enjoy the waterpark. Upon arrival, we were surprised and frustrated to find the park completely reserved for a private birthday party the entire day. Nobody ever informed us even at check in. We hadn’t rented a car because we planned to spend the day at the park, which forced us to take taxis unexpectedly, adding significant extra costs to our day. Most upsetting of all, my children were in tears because they missed out on the main reason we chose this place. It’s unacceptable to rent out the waterpark for private bithrday when guests are paying $500 per night. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be returning.

It’s a very beautiful property with great service very good for families. Excellent food. A beautiful place, great accommodations, and staff. I will be staying there again. This time I went for a mommy getaway staycation since I live in the same city for my birthday, but I will be taking my family back before the end of the year thank you it was a wonderful experience

Perfect stay. Came to celebrate my husband & I’s birthdays with the kids. Took them to the water park, went to the spa & had the most amazing surprise… thanks a million to Turnberry for the most epic birthday upgrade to the penthouse suite! It was definitely a birthday we will never forget & are super grateful! You guys rock ;) Big shout out to Norma & Jessica at the Spa, the front desk, housekeeping & hotel staff will not be forgotten.

Beautiful, clean, spacious rooms, and great restaurants. Staff was wonderful.

We were not given the room that we booked, it was also not available at check-in time, the bed was the cheapest bed I have ever experienced at a hotel, which is unacceptable for a JW Marriott level experience at the outrageous prices, my Marriott gold status was never acknowledged or appreciated. The walls were paper thin, could hear everything going on. Can't believe I wasted all that money on such a horrible stay.

Excellent Service, beautiful clean rooms, perfect location!

Overly priced, overly luxurious, overly populated by the rich and their spoiled children. If you like those things, why? If you don’t, why not stay elsewhere? Toodles.

I arrive to check in around 8 PM. We were able to get a room on the top floor the 17th and the building we were in everything was nice and clean. The service was good in the restaurants by the pool. Everything was nice the morning that we were to leave at 11 I called downstairs around eight and asked if I could have a late check out, since I am a Bonvoy member, but I was denied so that put a damper on my plans but other than that everything else was fine

While the waterpark is awesome, it is a very oversized hotel for what it offers. Besides dlthe water park, is not suitable for families with little kids. The staff was not friendly at the front desk, but everyone else was. I didn’t get any perks for being Expedia VIP. overall the waterpark is the only thing worth For being a high end hotel, they need to improve their customer service at the front desk. I can only recognize 1 smile face, most of the staff didn’t even do ey contact.

This is the best for families travelling with children. There is an area in the water park specially for toddlers and little kids. Only complaint is the pools are cold. They need to turn the heat up so adults also want to go into swim!!

I prepaid the taxes and property fees to Expedia but they still charged me both at the hotel
