Quiet, clean and easy to access. Modern rooms.

The front desk service was great! The room was very clean and spacious. Our room was next to the elevator and stairwell. The elevator did not pose as noisy or bothersome, however, our bathroom was smelled of continuous cigarette smoke, most likely get sucked in from the stairwell (not sure) but if you have allergies, avoid this area and make sure you get a room away from the stairwells. The price was fair and plenty of restaurants to choose from in the vicinity. Grat choise, we would stay again.

Staff were helpful, breakfast was fully labelled with allergen alerts, very helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Free newspaper should be switched to Ottawa Citizen or G&M, the Financial Post is owned by an American hedge fund and covers news accordingly.

Other than slow drainage in the bath tube, the room was clean, the place was quiet and the staff was courteous.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. While breakfast offered a good variety of breads, waffles, and yogurt, the eggs were not very good. It was disappointing that our room wasn't cleaned one day due to a staffing shortage, as noted in a provided notice. We would return given the opportunity.
