The property is located in a place to get around Winston-Salem.

This is a nicely remodeled hotel, great staff and great food in the diner

Last minute booking and late arrival. Staff was friendly from check in to check out. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was delicious.

Nice property. Great, welcoming staff. Thought it would be walkable to WakeForest but it’s not really a walking area (no sidewalks).

Bar/Convenience lobby staff was very nice and helpful.

All staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a TV issue which was quickly reslolved and the staff even helped us get our cat out from under the bed and then he helped us block the small access so that we wouldn’t loose Mr. Dusty again.

Staff was nice and checking in and out was easy with no hassle.

Check in and out we're about the most efficient I've ever experienced. Also, the front desk folks were super helpful and friendly.

Sub-par. Twin beds, not Queen, ceiling coming down, TP holders falling off the wall, electrical sockets worn out - devices dont stay plugged in. "Cafe" needs work; located in a food desert.
