The hotel was gross. Floor was sticky and walls were dirty. Only thing that looks nice was the bed because it was made.

This was in a very convenient area. It is quiet with plenty of parking and easy off and back on to the main highway.

There was friendly people meeting you the rooms were extra cleaning and accommodations, no breakfast my really recommended quality inn

Check out was at 11 am. We went to the store and arrived back at our hotel room at around 9:00 am only to find the staff already cleaning our room as if we had checked out, which we had not. I mentioned it to the manager in duty and his response was that they were behind from the day before. Unacceptable!!

Wifi was horrible…meaning non existent…tv kept cutting in/out not matter what channel. Front desk after calling said wifi was working fine…ipad and iphone could not connect….but other wifi worked at other establishments

It was a good stay, good price. The staff I interacted with were pleasant.

The bathtub needed extra drubbing, there was an old ring.

It was alright not much to boost about was how i expected it to be.Basic ,blane and not extremely clean.

This is a somewhat dated property but is clean and the bed comfortable. Staff was courteous and HVAC worked fine. The TV situation is frustrating and out of date. There is no digital guide or timetable describing shows and their schedules. Channel Surfing is almost impossible because if the long lag while it changes channels. A printed list of channels and networks is incorrect and inadequate. So winding down after a long day of travel did not include catching up with the day's news or entertainment.

Easy check in and room was nice. Convenient to all parts of the city.

Decent, clean room for the price. Bathrooms could use some updates, but otherwise clean and comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

NO ELEVATOR! Had to call for clean towels. When I came back to my room the second day I discovered I did not receive any clean towels. I called front desk and was asked “Did you call this morning for fresh towels?” I replied I have never had to request fresh towels before.

Never again. Put me in room that was not what I thought I was getting. Do not know where they attained photos. Coverlet with black stains. Rusted light & outlets. Seems to be where truckers sleep. Even linens were subpar. Only instant coffee available. Spent 1500.00 for 3 nights for 2025 LU graduation, booked November 2 2024. Very dissatisfied

It wasn’t a problem with the cleanliness, their equipment need to be updated and their bed slept horrible.
