I absolutely love that Spark by Hilton offers pet friendly lodging. The laminate floors are a functional feature that not only increases the beauty, but overall cleanliness of the rooms in a hotel that accommodates our furry friends. Not only that, but my family stayed three nights at Spark by Hilton in Colorado Springs, and I cannot stress enough the comfort of the bed in our room. The bed was made for "Goldie Locks" and by far the most comfortable bed in any hotel that I've stayed in thus far.

The staff were wonderful, beds comfy, and breakfast delicious.

Check in was quick. I booked online and submitted my card and gave a different card at check in. They billed room to wrong card and billed deposit to card handed to them at check in. Feel like they should ask. Wind blew one nights stay and window did not have a good seal so was allowing a very loud whistle into our room.I've stayed in worse

Clean comfortable room. Easy check in nice, size breakfast. Staff was great printing documents for us. Didn’t have any issue having a service dog with us. Location for the pets to get outside was fantastic.

It was fine. Nothing more than a paint job on an older hotel. At least they had those nice beds.

This place is currently a renovation in progress. But the beds were comfy and the breakfast was decent. It could use a deep clean from whatever hotel it used to be. Some of the corners of the bathroom were a little dirty. But overall not too bad

Good value, convenient central location. Well-kept, but the bathroom could use a remodel and a hot tub would be an amazing addition.

staff was good for both cleaning and front desk. pool was not very inviting. breakfast could be better; it was minimal and could be better with eggs and maybe sausage or bacon.

The room looked fine, but it didn't feel clean to rest, especially since there were poop stains in the bathroom

inexpensive remodel of an old property. 'Okay' at best, I'd choose another property next time. Pool was green.

Room was comfortable and good breakfast choices. The desk in the room had a pull out part that turned sideways- it was great for playing a family game of cards.

Property is very low quality from the hall carpet to the room dorm furniture. Shocking after paying $250 for it

This is definitely not up to Hilton standards. The bathroom had an odd odor from the moment we stepped in the room to the moment we left. The walls of the halls, especially near the elevators, we very scuffed up and rusty. There was a decent variety for the continental breakfast. It just felt crammed in the hallways and elevators. The manager also wasn’t the most pleasant.

The room was semi-clean, the room floors had hair throughout and the lotion dispenser was clogged. The hallways to the elevator were dirty and there was a foul smell as if something was on the hallway carpet and needed to be cleaned. Breakfast area was very small and only 2-4 people could be in the area at a time which was very inconvenient and there was nowhere to sit and eat because of the limited seating.

Needs a lot of improvement to be at par with other hotels in the vicinity.

The nicest room we've stayed in in quite awhile. SO quiet, comfy beds, great a/c, nice bathroom, TV worked, good lighting. Would have liked a few breakfast options with fewer carbs/sugar. My wife is diabetic, and most everything offered was pastry, bread, sugary cereal. Also, very limited seating in the lobby for breakfast.
