Great facility! My son loved the splash pad. The only issue we had was that the doors in the rooms did not have a high lock on it. So my two-year-old was able to essentially almost open the door by pulling the door handle. Very unsafe. I had to put stuff in front of the door so he couldn’t get to it.

Very clean and nice Hotel. The staff was great. Loved all the ammenities and how close it is to Seaworld.

Everything was really nice but the resort charged us twice times for the room once on site and once on Expedia. Yet to get a refund

Nem me lembro o número de vezes que já me hospedei no hotel nos últimos 40 anos . Com certeza mais de 20 vezes . Ótima localização e ótimo hotel . PORÉM esse ano tive uma surpresa desagradável pois fiz minha reserva pelo hotels .com com tem sido minha rotina . Minha reserva foi feita para 3 adultos e 1 criança . Na minha reserva optei agregar o serviço de café da manhã incluso para toda a família porém ao chegar no hotel foi me cobrado 1 café da manhã a mais todos os dias pois Segundo o hotel , o café da manhã só é válido pra 2 adultos e 2 crianças . Esse seria um problema do Hotels.com que intermediou a reserva .

Great location in a safe and very convennient place.. walbable to Sea World and a CVS. and just around the corner from International Drive

If I could give it a 0 I would . We used this hotel for the last 3 yrs to celebrate my daughter’s birthday . This year I prepaid on hotels.com and when we got there they tried to charge me for stay I showed them receipt that it was prepaid . The manager said no worries but then they charged me behind my back and are refusing to refund me my money even after I sent them proof of receipt from hotels .com AND my credit card they charged!!!!!, Beware of this hotel !!!!!!!! If there’s an issue between this site and them they should take it on with eachother not take it out in the their soon to be past customer!!!!!!!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Renaissance SeaWorld! From the front desk staff to everyone who helped us throughout the building—including housekeeping—every interaction was warm, professional, and appreciated. The cleanliness, the pool area, the overall sense of safety, and the welcoming atmosphere were all outstanding. Everything was accessible and well-maintained. Truly an exceptional stay. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I adored the awesome view of SeaWorld from my 6th floor review. Wanted to park in valet but ended up trapped in a self-parking lot due to signage. Was mad that I couldn't call for room service but was told to use app or QR code when I'm not tech savvy. My server at Tradewinds, Ana, was so friendly.

This one night stay to see epic universe was a mix of positives and negatives. The center of the hotel is still very nice and check in was smooth with no wait this time. We were able to get our room hours before the normal check in time which was appreciated. The staff was friendly and we had an amazing breakfast buffet in the morning that we paid for while booking which made it a lot cheaper and definitely worth it. Unfortunately the room itself was disappointing. The view was terrible as we were placed on the back side of the hotel looking out at roof fans and other building equipment. The heat issue from our previous stay was still a problem and even worse this time. Maintenance came but could not fix it and the room stayed stuck at 72 degrees all night making it uncomfortably warm. Service also felt strained. They seemed understaffed and when I asked for help with our luggage the employee said it would take around 40 minutes so I had to carry everything to the room myself. The TV worked poorly even after maintenance swapped the remote. I was told some TVs in the hotel respond slowly and require you to press the buttons very hard which is frustrating for a hotel in this price range. The good aspects kept it from being a total loss but overall this stay was a letdown compared to our last visit.

Good but not the best

Great view and distance from sea world. The inside center of the hotel is very nice the restaurants are nice as well. It was a good sized room it wasn’t super updated but great for the price point. I had to have the maintenance adjust the ac so it would go down to 65 due to the heat staying around 72 while set on 67 after that the heat was fine. Honestly my only complaint was the service was extremely slow for any request but all in all based on the price point of the hotel I’d say good experience.

If you are going to SeaWorld it is the best hotel to stay at. You can walk right across the street and skip all of the traffic!
