It fills a niche for me when i travel here, and it probably can do that for most patrons. No frills but quite a few boxes checked. I opted here because the AC is quite important in August at this price point. Great location for many businesses along Alameda and easy reach to the plaza

The room and halls were clean, the staff was very nice. The hotel was easy to find, close to highways. Would have liked to have had a breakfast, but this was a small hotel and didn't have the room. We went the 4th of July weekend. A lot of restaurants were not open for breakfast, and closed at 9pm.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Good price as well. Would stay again.

Clerk (mgr) did an unusual amount of staring at my car, in a way that suggested he was suspicious of something. Room's key card acted as if it unlocked the door, but it was irrelevant because their doors don't lock anyway. Doors can just be opened if they are not latched from inside. I tested it a dozen or more times, after delay, etc. When combined with the VERY prominent posting that they reject responsibility for theft of property, this is disturbing. AC wall unit was functional, with thermostat about 8-10 degrees off. Setting at 61 gets you 70 degrees. 1 washcloth, three small 32" towels were provided, for a four person check-in. Shower bar sags so that the curtain slides toward the middle from both ends. Strangest pulsing hot water I have ever seen, pulsing from hot to cold every 12 seconds. Not due to intermittent toilet flush, because it continued in perfect rhythm for 20 tortuous minutes. Perhaps rigged to strongly discourage water usage. Outdoor Pool at center of motel is dry and apparently never planned for use, leaving a ghosttown vibe. 90% of parking is inaccessible and not viewable from rooms, and the 10% that is up front is used by restaurant patrons. Altogether an odd experience suggestive of unorthodox management decisions. Will monitor credit card for unauthorized charges.

The staff was very kind and helpful.

There is a strong odor throughout the property, including in the guest rooms. Walls throughout appear to be stained, patched, etc. The area isn't great, and it's far from downtown.

Entire hotel had a foul odor. Light in bathroom didn’t work. Gym was a Bowles that wasn’t put together correctly.

The staff was great! However our first room had no tv in it. The staff got us sorted to a new room quickly but the new room had the window screen broken out.

The room did not have tv channel service the cable box or router card was burnt there was no one to fix it at the moment so they changed us rooms to another aisle faaaar away from the first one really not good hotel to stay in

Inside of hotel is clean and tidy. It's a no frills hotel but is a decent place to stay. The outside of building needs yard maintenance.

The staff service was friendly. Room was clean. The only thing is the carpets all around look a little dirty/old.
