Absolutely wonderful hotel with attentive and service minded staff. Our superior room had a nice balcony and a comfortable bed. Make sure you add the delicious breakfast buffet to your booking. We will be back for sure!

Un hôtel classique avec deux personnel sympathique, des espaces de vie agréables, de bons restaurants à l’hôtel et dans les environs, un positionnement parfait pour visiter Las Palmas. Nous y avons passé une semaine très agréable!

From check in to check out seamless process, staff were superb and all went the extra mile to look after there guests. Great restaurants on site and easy commute everywhere.

L’acceuil par Eduardo à la réception pour le check-in a été un réel plaisir dès notre arrivée ! Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cet hôtel mythique. La manière dont il a été restauré est assez incroyable, mêlant ancien et moderne parfaitement. La situation, le jardin, les salons, le roof top et sa piscine, les autres piscines, le service. Tout était parfait ! Et le buffet du petit déjeuner le matin excellent ! Le parking c’est 20 euros par jour, c’est un peu cher mais vous n’avez à vous soucier de rien : vous rentrez et vous sortez quand vous voulez. Il ne manquait qu’une chose : une petite visite historique des lieux avec des anecdotes du passé. Peut-être une prochaine fois ? Même si de nombreuses photos sont affichées dans quelques couloirs, d’anciennes clefs aussi pour ma part j’aurais souhaité en savoir plus sur l’histoire de l’hôtel...

Absolutely fantastic week at the Santa Catalina - Royal Hideaway Hotel!! Half board, so we got to enjoy the delicious daily breakfast at the Hotel followed by dinner at the 1890 La Bodeguita - fabulous food & service at both! The hotel is just so beautiful and staff cannot do enough for you through your entire stay! We had 3 spa sessions to enjoy even more relaxation during the stay! Cannot recommend this hotel enough - will definitely be returning!!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt saubere luxuriöse Zimmer und eine traumhafte Rooftop bar. Wellness war sehr erholsam und die Mitarbeiter und der Service top!

Outstanding service, exceptional breakfast, great spa, extra comfy beds, piano playing every evening, surrounded by a beautiful park, every team member went above and beyond. We got chocolates and cava, and silk towel to put our feet on every morning. A corner of paradise. We'll be back :)

Lovely hotel, great welcome but slow check in. Staff exceptional very helpful and friendly Beds very comfortable and linen was high quality. Large fluffy towels Lovely spacious balconies with hot tub Tv/ mirror was a lovely touch Bathroom mirror excellent Also coolysystem air con fans etc were very efficient and quiet Pool area fantastic Gorgeous hotel, we will definitely visit again!

Stunning

A classy hotel. Well maintained. Multiple restaurants (though not all were open). Rooftop pool and bar/restaurant. Nice location. Don't know how to say it any better but we would love to stay there again.

Staff incredible, was an anniversary break, bubbles and chocolates delivered to hotel room as gift from hotel. Room service food was not great the chicken was tough and chewy in both of our club sandwiches so had to remove and leave it. The steak I ordered in restaurant was over cooked, sent it back and it arrived beautifully cooked. Overall a great stay would have given a solid 5 if it were not for the food issues.
