Good hotel with various amenities

Time for remodel. It’s showing it’s age

Es un buen lugar y esta muy bien ubicado, cerca del Viejo San Juan a su vez de las playas.

The hotel is fine. I’ve stayed there before on overnights to connect to other islands. The staff has never been an issue, but this trip Henry the pool attendant was very rude. It’s unfortunate when one bad employee makes you question returning.

Everything was amazing at the Caribe Hilton. The Staff were all super kind and helpful. My family and I had the BEST time ever- seriously, one of my favorite trips of all time. The resort was fantastic, the pools, the beach, the room, hot tubs, the garden/pond, the variety of restaurants and shops. We also had a wonderful time snorkeling with Aqua Adventures, right on the property. We will definitely be back! The only 2 things I will note for improvement, is the room balcony could use just a bit of TLC and it would've been awesome if the Pool bar stayed open until 10pm, like the pool hours. Was just a little bit annoying have to walk inside the Hotel lobby to get drinks after 7pm, all wet from the Hot tub LOL. But really wasn't a huge deal, I was still having incredible fun. Thank you, Caribe Hilton!

This was our second time staying at Caribe Hilton. The atmosphere is always on point, customer service is amazing, clean rooms, beautiful resort over all. The cafe is open 24 hours and it’s just an overall beautiful experience

Está un poco deteriorado.

Room was clean, shower door had defects that caused a lot of water to accumulate on the floor during showers. Staff was kind and polite and pool and hot tub was amazing. Parking was outsourced but it was fair and a lot of parking available. Had great restaurants on the premises and great places in walking distance to the hotel. Great stay would definitely recommend.

Tuve una experiencia bonita el personal muy amable las personas de valet parking atento siempre , cada vez que llamaba a la recepción al momento recibía respuestas . Solo un detalle la bañera no me la entregaron 100% limpia , había algunos pelos .

Best resort on the island. Very clean resort with amazing staff. Has a lot of family activities and amenities. Pools are great, private beach is super family friendly and beautiful. 10/10 recommend

Guest shouldn’t pay for parking if you are paying for staying at the hotel

Tuve muy mala experiencia esta vez. Tenía 2 habitaciones, en una el a/c no funcionó en toda la estadía, y en la otra aunque me cambiaron y configuraron la llave 3 veces, nunca funcionó, muy incómodo tener que hacer fila larga, la habitación quedaba lejos, cada vez que necesitaba programación y nunca resolverlo.

Everything about this hotel was great. The area and staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived hours before check in and was able to be helped and given an upgraded room with a better ocean view.

Everything was wonderful Julio our housekeeper was fantastic, our room was spotless and cleaned every day by the time we returned to our room The woman who checked us in was super friendly and went over and beyond to help usI don’t remember her name but it began with a Y The loungers at the pool has trash around them and under the cushions

I am not one to leave a review but this place was nothing short of amazing. I went for my birthday and they treated me so well. Maria was kind and so was Kiara. I am thankful for them accommodating me. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I loved having Starbucks downstairs. Overall the pool was spa was superb. I would stay here again if I had to.

My partner and I truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property!! Such a dreamy view from our oceanfront room in the wave building. Would definitely recommend!
