Dead Cockroach, housekeeper didn’t clean my room on my 2nd night stay.

Overall adequate, but a few things were off: the main elevator was out for the entirety of our stay, the pillows were lumpy, and when we tried to get housekeeping services by making sure the “do not disturb “ sign was off the door, no one came. There was no other sign to put out to request it. The only way is to call the front desk which seems like that shouldn’t be needed. Lastly, there was a shortage of washcloths. We could only get one the entire time. I will say the breakfast is good and the staff are very friendly.

Everyone at the hotel was very helpful. This was our first time in Dallas but we plan on making this our hotel of choice whenever we are back in Dallas. We were there for three nights helping our son and his wife move to Dallas. Our stay was very comfortable.

I loved the breakfast and how quiet everything was overnight. The room was clean, but smelled musty. Great value for the price! However, in the fitness room, the bike was missing a pedal and the weight machine was missing a bolt, so the only things available to use were an elliptical and a treadmill.

Wonderful stay. Spacious room and gorgeous surrounding.

Nice little hotel, overall good but old

The hotel was completely run down, dirty and smelled of smoke. There were bugs in the room and elsewhere. We cancelled are reservation after checking in as it was too dirty to even put our bags down.

Poorly kept property needs to renovated

This was my first time staying here and the prices made me skeptical of it. I will stay there again. Breakfast was nice and all employees were very friendly too.

The building needs refreshed. It seemed older and not cleaned from the hallways. Not much parking. Hard for handicapped accessibility (1 broken elevator), the other elevator was extremely slow. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. It was very basic and simple in the rooms.

It was dirty and damp

The hot water took forever to heat up, the refrigerator in the room didn't work and since the air had been turned off, it was like walking into an oven. There was an elevator close to the room and we were able to go down on it, but once you got to the 1st floor, there was an out of order sign on the elevator. Pretty worrisome to see and sure didn't want to get back on to get back up to the room. I was in Dallas for surgery so this wasn't the best place to stay and we will not be back.

Would not recommend, scary area around and no security guards in parking lot big sign saying hotel is not responsible for break ins! So get fences around property and security or don’t expect people to stay! Dirty Finger prints all over property, no regular maintenance of building upkeep lacking door jams paint repairs all over. Shotty bbq by pool, Elevators had issues also scary One Down, the other doesn’t go to the 1st floor! So if you have a disability you got to use stairs to go from 1st floor to other floors!

We had a nice stay. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

Overall, it was a decent stay. The customer service and location was excellent and def commend the staff on their service and hospitality. The room was decent but had to switch rooms due to the lack of cleanliness and condition of the first room (ie. Stains, bugs). The rep, maybe the manager on duty switched my room without hesitation and every question I had they were prompt and responsive. The elevator wasn’t working during our stay and on the last day, saw the tech there to repair. Breakfast was great and was in walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and gas station.
