Rating & Review Keseluruhan Sonesta ES Suites Allentown Bethlehem Airport

The staff was very helpful and friendly, quick and eager to assist. BUT the rooms are out dated, extremely used and worn furniture, the toilets were not in full function, the Beds were hard as rocks with thin dry sheets and 1 thin blanket and the tub/shower was FILTHY! Sofa FILTHY! Elevator FILTHY and the screens were busted out the widows!

They stay was good, the rooms were clean. We had to switch rooms because the heat wasn't coming on in the first room . We didn't have any wash towels and they weren't any available. There was dog poop all around the property that wasn't picked up, smelled bad.

The check in part was not bad except our keys didn’t work to get into our building so we had to go back to front desk. And then 2 of the doors for our building did not work AFTER we went back. Took an extra 30 minutes to get into our room. The room was NOT like the picture. Everything was gross and run down looking. It didn’t seem like anyone did any deep cleaning in the whole suite. And i have a cleaning business so i know how to deep clean. The couch was dirty, it smelled musty in there. There was no wash clothes. There was no trash in the bathroom. The hallways smelled like tuna. And the hallway floors desperately needed to be vacuumed. It kinda sucked because my boyfriend and I wanted a night away and we just wanted to go home from the second we got there. Before 11am checkout I had maintenance knocking on the door to see if I was gone. Which I understand you wanna get it ready for the next guest but AT LEAST wait till after the check out time. Walls were thin and could hear neighbor’s conversation.

Booked a night away for New Year's Eve. Checking in was a breeze. The counter person checking us in was very nice and friendly. Our room was very clean. Its probably top of the list of places we stayed at that we liked. The hotel was quiet during our stay. We definitely would stay here again and recommend.

I liked that the rooms were clean and the customer service was good. The only issue was the elevator smelled strongly of urine. I did tell the front desk person promptly and she said she would look into it. Overall good hotel stay.

Estuvimos de vacaciones por primera vez en allentown pa, el lugar nos encantó el dormitorio súper cómodo tenía sala cocina y dos habitaciones lo único que no nos gustó que la entrada y pasillos no estaban limpios y el olor un poco desagradable

It was adequate lodging with very friendly front desk workers besides the woman who checked us in, had a super late checkout on Christmas Eve and was not even charged extra, the room was nice but. Due to difficulties the phone in the den wasn’t working nor was the tv until our last day there

I arrived very late. Checking in was smooth. It wasn’t until 1am as I decided to go bed that I noticed something missing on the bed. It only had sheets on it. No blanket or bed covering at all. I took a picture. It’s December and outside it’s cold in Bethlehem. That’s unusual

This hotel was awful. The property is in need of a complete overhaul. Major stains on the carpets in the halls and in the rooms, dirty couches, broken and animal chewed furniture. In addition the cigarette and marijuana smells were overpowering. I had to move rooms because it was so bad in my first room. Even though they have a no smoking policy, it’s clearly not enforced. I would absolutely never stay at this hotel again and maybe never another Sonesta ES.

Just a heads up the hotel will put a $250 hold on your card when you check in, on top of the room charge. The room was fairly clean.. the front desk staff was very polite.

Pleasant one night stay. Handy location for us.

Quiet, comfy bed, large room, stained couch, stairwell & hall smelled like marijuana, stairwell had trash & dirty earplugs, parking spots were very tight & undersized which resulted in our vehicle door being damaged from another vehicle door/person carelessly entering/loading their vehicle next to ours.
