I booked and paid for 2 rooms online. When trying to check in we were told there were no rooms in my name. The next morning I get charged with no show. The hotel was outdated and just nasty. I tried to call and get my money back but I was told they would call me back but never did! Stay away!

When I got to my room, the door didn’t opened up. The door had to even opened up with a key. When I got time to go to sleep, there was a bunch of Mexicans with their truck having a tailgating party literally right in front of my room and blasting music. I called the staff twice and they had to remind these people to turn the music down. Noise level exceeded past 10 o’clock. Not a safe area for children.

This is a crackhead hotel. The rooms smelled disgusting. The room was not cleaned. Sketchy area. Just gross. I didn’t stay here, I found something else. Never again.

This stay was subpar. There were no courtesy hygiene items. There were only sheets on the bed, no blankets. The worker at the front desk that morning said they had new comforters but they're not issuing them to the rooms because she doesn't want them messed up. I do not recommend to anyone regardless of budget. They also don't bother to tell anyone that the pool is closed, so we weren't even able to enjoy at least that.

After a very long drive across the country, I got to this hotel and they told me my reservation didn’t exist. I showed them proof and they sent me away. Very rude staff. They left me stranded. The assistant manager‘s name was Michelle and she charged me even though she turned me away at the door with a reservation number! This place has some of the worst reviews I’ve ever seen online and there is a reason! Very suspicious characters all outside the hotel and it is absolutely not safe and it is without question the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen

This place is not clean or safe!!! Towels smelt like vomit, were wet, and dirty. Bathroom and room was not clean at all. The door on the room had at least an inch gap all the way around it and the deadbolt would not lock. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

This is one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed at. I would not recommend it

I always feel welcom3 when staying here. The employees are always nice and helpful. Property is clean and quite.

First of all the hotel doesn’t look like the picture. I booked a smoking room and the lady put me in a non smoking room so I guess they didn’t have smoking rooms. The floor in the room was dirty I had to sweep before I put my things in the room. No blanket on bed just a fitted and flat sheet. It had spiders and crickets. I went to take a shower that night and no hot water. Microwave made noise and WiFi sucks. I will never book here again.

We had someone come into our room and hotel was under remodeling no breakfast or anything like in pictures

property was going under some renovations and the room was substandard. workmanship was substandard, and there were a lot of flying insects in the room (staff did give a natural spray that helped)

Arrived at 1130pm to find no one working in the hotel, hotel was open but not the first employee. Knocked on employee doors, called the number listed for the hotel and their company to find no assistance until 30 minutes later I finally got through to a person in their corporate office who couldnt remedy the situation either. I ended up going across the street to the Best Western who luckily had room.

We booked a room at this hotel in Texarkana and when we got there all of the rooms were booked and sold out and we tried to explain that we booked the room online and they said it had to be paid in advanced and we were not told that until we got there so we had to find a room somewhere close by

Really old motel still in the middle of remodeling. You get what you paid. I didn’t have high expectations initially due to the cheep price. Check-in was OK. However, the front desk told me breakfast was not included. That was wrong and it is on my reservation. Room has smell, the toilet flush got leak. The front desk guy was friendly. Location was OK. There was not blankets in the room. I asked and the front desk guy said they did not provide but gave me a few bed sheets.

The property posted on Expedia, :wasn't real life: the rooms. I booked 2 rooms for 2 adults/4 children, keyed cards one didn't open doors, 2nd room was occupied w/o front desk knowing, totally embarrassing to open door and there's a party going on. The rooms stank, stagnant, used the bathroom, no toilet paper, no towels to dry. You get the picture!! Saddened that I lost $165. For rooms we didn't stay in, because " Absolutely No Refunds " makes ya go hmmmm. False advertising, property pic. Not even close to Actuality. Don't do it! Stay Away!
