Rating & Review Keseluruhan Residence Inn by Marriott Cincinnati Airport Erlanger

We've been using this hotel every year to send our students to the Creation Science camp and to Noah's Ark. The hotel's customer service quality is always above our expectation. Their communication is proactive and excellent. They always make sure that we are aware of what's happening around. The staffs are always very helpful and kind. Especially Jordan at the front desk is an amazing lady; so professional, kind, friendly, and provides excellent customer support! She goes an extra mile to help us when it was not her fault. She always makes sure the hotel meets our needs.

Stayed 2 nights and very much enjoyed the extra space in the room and the amenities. Little kitchen offered savings opportunities. The breakfast offered in the lobby was excellent! I'd stay there again.

The room was really quite dirty. There wasn’t any bedding for the pullout sofa- we had to go to the office and they had to “hunt” some down. The hallways and our room wreaked of marijuana. I probably used 1/2 a bottle of body spray to try and mask the smell

It was very nice,the only issue i had was the breakfast kitchen staff..if you asked for something they were very rude 2 different ladies on 2 different days...i would definitely stay again & tell my friends to...Thank you for the kindness of the other staff

Nice area, close to the airport.

Convenient location ! Staff was nice and efficient. Needs Updating . Breakfast was very minimum. I let them know when we were leaving that the bath vanity sink faucet was awkward to get completely off & our efficiency had uneven cooling. To me it fell short for the charges.

It was a fast check-in and the personnel friendly.

The layout of the residence inns are awesome, plenty of space for my giant family. However, there is a crazy amount of wear and tear. The chairs were falling apart and the couches super dirty. The front desk staff was amazing- so friendly and helpful all of them. Very yummy breakfast, although the cook is constantly putting things away while you’re eating and so you feel rushed. Which isn’t very fun when you are already on a major time difference. There was one extremely rude housekeeper who wouldn’t help me find a hair dryer when I had already been waiting for an hour and almost late to a wedding! Overall though, we would stay again.

It would have been nice If we would have been informed when we checked in that I had to request clean towels daily and to have the room cleaned. I have never stayed on a property this way. It has always been to request if I didn't want the room cleaned. This should have been reiterated at check in.

Staff was great ,curteous, helpful. Breakfast was very nicel! Wanted to love the hotel but the devils in the details Rule for housekeeping totally unacceptable (must request service 1 day prior). Linen improperly installed or didn't fit. No luggage stools, 3 tv's 2 remotes. Common area carpet worn. Fresh linen or towels occupants responsibility. Too many minor details but i would consider it again

the elevators too far from the room, breakfast was terrible. online the description of the rooms could be better does not mention microwave or full kitchen. plz work on theses items u might get more guest i almost passed on this hotel until i called and asked questions
