Our stay at this property was very disappointing. The room and bathroom were spacious and well appointed, but the flies in the room were hard the get rid of the first day. Then, when we came back to the room after dinner the second night, there was a lizard crawling up the wall. The food in the restaurant was delicious, but the service was abominable! The staff needs serious training on how to be polite and to make guests feel welcomed. We had a 7:30 p.m. reservation and noone even spoke to us for 30 minutes after we were seated. They did not give us a menu until 8:10. We found all of this unacceptable for a Michelin starred restaurant! The breakfast buffet was mediocre and meal on the lovely patio was marred by the sounds of screaming children on the playgrounds of the schools that abutted the property on each side. This hotel and spa failed miserably as a relaxing retreat.

An amazing stay. The room was clean and spacious. The swimming pool area and gardens were immaculate and the quality of food and service at the restaurant was exceptional.

Lovely hotel even in winter! Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff excellent very helpful. The spa is a treat especially the steam room. Delicious wines and salads. This is a special place.

Clean room. Had to ask for iron.Room Service was great. Staff in front was just okay. A couple of times, they didn’t say hello.

Gym was below average relative to other amenities and the property. Spa and pool, steam room and sauna were great. A really nice small hotel.

A warm welcome and top service : from the Owner who checked on every one at diner to the all Staff in the Auberge The cuisine was top ,a wonderful Chef ( & Attention to our gluten free diet a plus ) We do Thanks Chantal and Sendrine for the Adapted Massage wich really do take care of your conditions thanks to the diiférents techniques developed over the years !!! Excellent séjour dans un tres beau cadre, typique provençal. Une piscine extérieure pour bronzer et se baigner en journée. Une piscine intérieure chauffée ouverte jusqu'à 1h du matin 👌 Chambres propres et spacieuses, chacune son style. Et bien évidement une équipe au petit soin, sympathique et agréable. Nice stay outside if Avignon. You are a bit stuck at the hotel and it is very expensive to eat here especially if you compare to similar restaurants. The room with balcony was great!

This is a great 4 star property, the rooms are dated.This is NOT a five star property, Four Seasons Hotels are 5 stay properties. This in comparison would be a 3 star, but being generous, I’ll say 4 star because of the area in which it’s in, The breakfast, for the astronomical fee they are charging is shocking.

Spa services and other amenities were excellent! The room and pool service were extraordinary providing a nice selection of food and drinks and amazingly fast service! All of the staff were highly professional and very hospitable!

The property is stunning — we received a room upgrade upon check-in to the pool suite, which was spacious and conveniently located next to the gorgeous pool. Our meal at the Michelin-star restaurant was outstanding - and reasonably priced for the high quality. The hotel is a bit outside Avignon and I can’t really imagine staying there without a car, but there’s free parking and plenty of spots. 5 star stay! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing few nights in Provence.
