The property was located off the beaten path, across from a lovely park, which made it very quiet. Our room was HUGE and VERY comfortable! The staff was lovely and extremely helpful with cabs, directions, reservations, etc. etc. I would definitely stay here again, and look forward to returning!

The staff at the hotel were really at our service. The knew my name, responded quickly and were happy to help. The breakfast area is a beautiful place to eat. The marble bathroom was stunning and are the bedroom was decorated in such a grand way. I would stay there again happily.

Un séjour exceptionnel, dans un établissement de grande qualité : personnel aux petits soins, service exemplaire, suite spacieuse et très bien équipée, petit déjeuner, restaurant et room service excellents. L'hôtel est à l'écart des lieux les plus animés, tout en restant très proche (10mn à pied) du centre historique de Florence. Habitués de ce type d'établissement, nous recommandons vivement le Regency de Florence.

The breakfast was delicious, a wide variety. Service was excellent, quite responsive and attentive staff.

Room was perfect, staff was great, breakfast was included and satisfactory. The terrace was awesome.

I've stayed here multiple times and absolutely love the staff. They are BEYOND wonderful. They are Four Seasons/ Ritz Carlton tier!!! It's the perfect personalised luxury hotel. I'd live here!!!!

Awesome stay, large and comfortable room. Staff are amazing, friendly and helpful and really make you feel at home! Delicious breakfast and the hotel is beautiful. Location is great as well, especially if you are coming by car, since it is a short walk to all the sites but just outside the really crowded walking zones. Will be back as soon as possible!

This hotel is a perfect distance from the busy parts of Florence, but at the same time very easily walkable. There is nothing I could possibly complain about. I’d stay there was so pleasant. Great room, great breakfast, great staff!!
