The hotel was very clean and tidy.

The most friendly and helpful staff, very welcoming in all departments. Breakfast was extensive and with a choice of two rooms there was plenty of space. In a great location with easy walking access to local places of interest as well as local buses and taxis right outside

The Gresham was ideally located for exploring Dublin on foot or by public transportation. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner in Toddy’s restaurant at the hotel with excellent service. All staff we encountered were professional and pleasant. Great property!!

Breakfast was one of the nicest I have had in a city hotel.

Clean and tidy, I stayed three months ago or so, the shower then and now has a habit of pumping out hot water at an inconsistent temperature, the pump must be cutting out the cold and the hot is then too hot.

My husband and I stayed 11 nights and it was absolutely wonderful from the time we checked in til we checked out. The property as well as the staff are so warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious and so clean. The breakfast each morning was amazing. On a couple of mornings when we needed to catch an early train, they had a breakfast to go bag ready for each of us. The location is perfect for exploring Dublin as well as catching a train to explore other areas of Ireland (we went to Cork, Galway and Belfast). This was a once in a lifetime trip for us to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and we are so glad we chose this particular hotel.

Beautiful room, comfortable. Hotel was beautiful. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was fabulous with lots of gluten-free options.

Kept awake all night by alarm going off every 5 minutes in the room next door. Reception did not answer our internal call. Got a reply when I used my mobile. A staff member knocked on the door, when he heard the alarm. Then contacted his manager, who arranged a phone call to the room. Alarm continued. Second staff member then contacted his manager "to ask what to do". Another phone call resulted in alarm being switched off at 05.40 am. The two staff members conversed in Spanish, only speaking English when addressing me. At 07.15am, housekeeping banging doors and moving trolleys, including recycling bins outside our door. An expensive night from Hell. At Reception on leaving I was given an email address, location Spain, to communicate my issues. No one with the authority to address the situation.

We were able to check in early and after an overnight flight from the US it was so appreciated. Room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The gym was small but offered great options for a good workout. Location was perfect and not far from main attractions. There were many taxis available in front of the hotel so we could conveniently get to our next destination.

Great central location made it very accessible to transportation and tours.

The Gresham is the perfect base to explore Dublin from. It's central location makes most attractions walkable with lots of bars, restaurants, and shopping within immediate proximity. The (full) buffet breakfast was the best I have ever had at a European Hotel.
