Great hotel. Centrally located. First class all the way.

I liked the breakfast and location. Staff were detached and less than helpful. I interfaced with the staff numerous times aside from the doormen it was not a pleasant experience. Additionally, the complexity of the hotel layout was at the minimum challenging. I would be slow to book a room there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They truly made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We would definitely stay here again!

Veldig sentralt og fin hotel .

We tried for two days to have our shower unblocked, and our fridge never worked at all. Very frustrating.

Central location to walk to most of Dublins best highlights. The parking garage is attached across the alley and allows indoor access to the hotel. Breakfast was the one of the best we’ve ever had.

Room was so hot and stuffy upon arrival and air wasn’t working. WiFi wasn’t working either. Notified front desk and they were quick to resolve, but it was a rough start after a red eye flight! Breakfast was fantastic. Door men were friendly and helpful with bags.

Fint hotell og fin beliggenhet i Dublins hovedgate. Bussen til flyplassen (Aircoach) stoppet rett utenfor hotellet. Rent og pent rom, hyggelig personale og god frokostbuffet. Hotellet har også egen restaurant med god mat.

Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent.

All staff were very nice and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was very good with a nice selection for different tastes. The ironing board fell out of the closet once making a loud clanging sound when it hit the floor. No apparent means of fastening it so tipped it back in as best as I could. Walking distance to many touristy sites. The Dublin "portal" and "Spire" are at the next cross street to the south. Portal is a 2 way cam to 5 or 6 different city "portals" world wide. It changes to a different city every few minutes. "Spire" is a very tall (400 ft) stainless steel pole??? Aircoach bus stop direct to and from DUB is straight across the street. €9/ea vs €30+/- for taxi with tip. Would stay again! Thanks Riu!

Waiter Christopher was super helpful with me and my daughter during breakfast/ thank you! The window in my room 2181 was not maintained, couldn’t close fully and was left slightly open which made the nearby seagulls sound like it was inside the room

The staff is always fantastic!

Overall we had a good stay. We arrived early in the morning and the staff members were helpful and pleasant. We were able to store our bags and even check in a little early. The breakfast was varied and good. Our room was dated and definitely expensive for it's quality. It was hot in Dublin while we were there and the A/C constancy stopped and started making it hot and also loud for sleeping.

We stayed three full nights and the hotel met all of our needs. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. I want to give a shout out to the front desk staff and the bell staff. We had a situation that needed special attention and their team sprung into action to provide us a outstanding solution....thanks for helping us out. I would recommend the hotel for ma stay in Dublin

For a hotel that is situated on the main street of Dublin I was surprised on how quiet it was at night. The choice at breakfast is fantastic and should cater for almost everyone's tastes. I happened to be celebrating a special birthday during my stay and on the 'big day' I received a lovely surprise to my room marking the occasion. Although it was small in size I thought the gesture itself was a fantastic personal touch. They didn't have to do it but they did. I found all of the staff I spoke to polite, warm and professional. I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Perfect location. Excellent spacious room, comfortable bed, and cleaned daily with new towels provided . Each individual staff member was helpful and had a smile on their face, perfect,, And the breakfast was absolutely delicious With out a doubt we would highly recommend this hotel while visiting Dublin
