Front desk were efficient bordering on hostile.

The rooms are great. Whenever I have an option for a kitchenette in my room, I go for that. I always love a suite feel and this place has that covered! Unfortunately one of the elevators was down, which made going up and down from my 17th floor suite a bit frustrating. They closed the steam room and sauna randomly on our second day which was also unfortunate. I know elevators and steam/sauna amenities are out of their control, but was still unfortunate for us. The staff customer service skills at the front desk were not the greatest. I understand stressful situations can make things difficult, but providing kinds customer service at your first point of contact with the customers should still be the most important.

Clean room, nicely furnished. Quiet. Pleasant, efficient and welcoming staff. One of the three elevators was broken so we spent a lot of time waiting for elevators. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

The room was very clean and the staff was super kind. They held our bags after we checked out so we could do some shopping before our flight which was very nice as we were travelling with our 4 month old daughter. A playpen was provided but if traveling with a young child I do recommend bringing your own travel bassinet since the bottom bars of the playpen were too hard for our daughter to sleep on.
