For a 2-night stay at a reasonable price, it was okay and gave me a place to sleep. But there were quite a few issues. The mattress was terrible, the duvet was polyester and wasn't even in a cover, and the sheets were rough and scratchy. The toilet paper was so thin it felt like tissue paper. The bath towels weren't really bath towels at all, they were so small they barely wrapped around me and felt more like hand towels. The room also wasn't cleaned properly. I found hairs on the shower wall and there was a sticky spot on the floor. When I went to check out, nobody was at the front desk, the office door was locked, and I had to buzz the intercom twice before someone finally came down. The one positive was the location. It's a short walk to Main Street and the waterfront.

You have a prime location in North Bay that you could really take advantage of, unfortunately the establishment is in dire need of modern updates. We will not return, unless renovations happen, and pride of ownership improves.

Been here twice for work. Needed a cheap place to stay so I already went in not expecting much. My first stay wasn’t bad, it’s in a sketchy area of town but that was the worst thing about my stay besides the high-pitched ringing/whining shower head and upon checkout when they told me through a ring doorbell on the door to the office to just… put the key in the black box. Alright, I guess! I better not get any extra charges on my account! My second stay here last weekend was much more sketch. Not only was the DOOR to my room already open a crack to the literal outdoors, there were no towels in the room and there never was for my two night stay. Very weird, but my theory is that they weren’t done prepping the room before my arrival. I arrived at 6pm, though, and check-in is 3pm. Weird, regardless, though. A good motel in a pinch, but it should go without saying that you should be careful!

Alot of sketchy people walking around the parking lot at night and we found bugs on the floor near the bathroom

Entire room smelled like cigarettes. Very unclean, dead bugs, spider in bathroom and stains on the walls and sheets. Tv wasn’t working properly. Cigarette burns on bed sheets.

Smelled of BO in the entrance, staff was unhelpful when they didn’t have my room that I receive a confirmation email for a day before check in. Got to the hotel and was told they were all booked up and somehow it was my fault that I shouldn’t have got a room.

The old floor mat smells like 90s perfume.

Management was great. Room was clean, though uneven in terms of modernity. Outside noise was sometimes an issue.

the bathroom had mold and there was no breakfast and for staff i hunt them towels. just because was early ask them add room extra reservations. so canceled my reservations so instead $282 I payed $350.

Everything was good , except there was a dog barking and whimpering most of thecnight nextvdoor that kept me up.

The staff is amazing and rooms clean and actually feel safe
