It was cozy

The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the location is so perfect as it is within walking distance to the waterfront, the Carousels, Twigg’s Coffee Roasters, and also the Pro-Cathedral of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church. And right next door to the St. John’s Anglican Church.

For the most part, the stay was alright. The mattress on the bed is old and there is no support. We had sore backs while we were there. Would be helpful to replace the mattress. No one likes sleeping in a divot.

Stayed there for work close to my job site. Cleanrooms.bed was new quit building

The room was in terrible condition. It was very dirty, had ripped, stained carpet. The roll of toilet paper was even water stained.

So I want to start by saying that the guy at the desk was very friendly. I also want to admit that it was the cheapest room on Expedia when I searched for a room. The positive: the bed itself was clean and reasonably comfortable. The mini-fridge, the tv, the Keurig and all the accessories were fine. But the room itself had a heavy mildew smell, there were badly repaired chips in the wall, floor tiles in bathroom were peeling up, the floor had a wave to it (I was on the 2nd floor). In short, there's a reason it's priced below other hotel/motel rooms. I'm not telling you to stay away, but lower your expectations.

Ive noticed some big strides in renovations lately. Lookong good. Keep it up!

Staff was good but in the middle of the night lots of kids making lots noise outside

While looking a little rough from the outside, the room was clean and the bed was super!!

It was an excellent value with a very quiet courtyard. I was in bed early and woke early for an event so quiet was key!

Staff was excellent, rooms clean and comfortable, no noise and being downtown easily accessible to anywhere we were going.

The room was fine other than the Tv barely worked However the property was very dirty. Cigarette butts everywhere. Cups set out by every door filled with old butts. When we went to go back to our room we have to get by 2 drunks sitting in the outside hallway. Not a nice place to stay
