The door was not/did not lock.

We did NOT feel safe at this hotel or in the neighborhood - NO housekeeping staff

Not very welcoming. Good for 1 night stay.

Didn't like not dusting outside around the doors for spiders

I stayed five nights and I found myself halfway between Savannah and Charleston each you can get to within one and a half hours and even visit all those places in between.

I had bed bugs and ants crawling in the bed. I showed the staff pictures and videos. The front desk said let me get the manager then after taking forever and me bagging all my stuff to clean in plastic trash bags, I go back up front and all of a sudden the manager is out of town with no way of refunding me in any compacity or helping any part except I'll get my $50 deposit back like duh what an insult, that's an automatic. I've never seen this type of incompetency with the front desk actually saying I was insulting her! You put me in a room with bed bugs, lied about your manager, and refused to help in anyway! Not even offer laundry service for all the clothes I have to take to the laundry mat now! Disgusting place and service!

I booked this property a few minutes after midnight for a last minute sleep stop while driving long distance. The reservation was for the following day because of the date change at midnight and I was denied a refund from the property AND from Expedia. I am beyond livid and am so disappointed and disgusted by the lack of customer service and support ESPECIALLY from Expedia (which I *used to* use very frequently). Hello Travelocity!

Friendly staff! Clean and bright building

The motel is older and as such somewhat dated. But most things have been renovated. More is underway. It is outside entrance which some people do not like. Breakfast is along the lines of the new typical things rather than the full hot breakfast.

I wasn’t impressed. Three years ago I stayed there and it was pleasant, this time just pure disappointment.

Rooms are really nice and not expensive because the people who run it arent greedy. A very reasonable dog fee too. Big Tvs cofortable beds my only complaint is my AC wasnt working to great so make sure to check it when you go to your room. Still the only place ill stay when i come to visit family

Thx to hotels.com I was able to book this hotel after the one I booked down the street was awful nasty rooms, no one at desk to check in. Cust svc refunded my other room and gave a $25 credit with it I booked this room which was nice. My bed was great only problems were light out n bathroom and spring bad in hubbys bed

Clean room

Good for $70 a night

The outside was presentable. When I got in my room, bedding looked clean but bath tub had strands of hair in it and rubber mat looked grungy. I did not shower. Had a good night and did not say anything about tub when I checked out. Thought I would have grace since it might have just been an oversight. When I got home, I was itching. Come to find out I was full of bites. The room had bed bugs!!!!! I have bites all over my body. Not happy with my stay at all.

The room is clean and had a nice smell not musty like many hotels. Who was nice hotel management seemed nice. Overall, it was nice and affordable.

We arrived super late at night after driving 14 hours in a car with a toddler- check in was super fast. Room was clean and ready to be slept in. We slept great- beds were comfy. Even the baby thought so. Had the breakfast which was surprisingly very stocked. We thought it was the best value we could’ve got for a stop on our way to Florida.

The only reason I gave four stars
