It was a really dirty, old hotel. The shower, carpets, end tables etc… were filthy. I had ordered 2 extra bath towels but the shower was so gross that we ended up not showering because we didn’t have any way to protect our feet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The biggest downfall other than the hotel being old and filthy was we were woke up abruptly early on Saturday morning to a very loud announcer on a speaker blasting hip hop music outside our hotel window for a wedding event. We were forced to leave our hotel room 3 hours earlier than we had planned because the music and announcer on the speaker was too loud outside our window. We definitely do not recommend this hotel if you want a clean, quiet hotel.

The hotel could use some modernization Streaming services Cleaner carpets The valet team should know the self park parking prices…it felt like they were scamming us to valet by telling us self park doesn’t allow in and out privileges

Found it very disrespectful of the staff to knock at the door at 8:30am just asking if we are still in our room. The receptionist that answered the phone before check in was rude. I will say the staff at the front desk were very nice.

Registration staff was looking at their phones and did not acknowledge me for over three minutes. My request for a shower chair that was noted on my online reservation was not in our room upon arrival.

I gave this review 3/5 only because I booked this particular hotel for Mother’s Day so I could enjoy the hot tub, breakfast and comfortable bed as I have before. When I asked the front desk about the pool hours, I was never informed the hot tub was closed. That was the main purpose for my reservation. When I expressed my disappointment at check out, the front desk lady said “there was nothing she could do.”

The air did not work and everything cost even after spending $200 a night!

My husband, 4 year old daughter and myself enjoyed the heated indoor pool. The room was clean, staff was great.

Parking was a little expensive per day, breakfast is not free and the pool wasn’t up and working. The front desk staff were rude and unfriendly. The hotel is clean & I felt safe with my children.

Need to update phone in rooms. Also should provide basic info like wi fi info,ice machine locations etc in room...

Showed up to hotel woman checking in was very rude and dry. Acted as if she did not wanna be there. Room had no remote no air dryer no iron and phone not working had to go down and report to front desk when I noticed the items . Also the floor we what on smelled like dog pee.

Hotel has improved over the last year. My only concern is that there are no stairs leading to the guest rooms. I had a third floor room but I had to wait almost 10 minutes for an elevator after a long and tiring day of travel. A large group was meeting there. Need access to stairs- it also feels like a fire hazard. Otherwise the staff was helpful and the place was clean.
