This hotel is a great option if you are in Aberdeen. I didn't have much of a problem with the hotel itself but the city just feels unsafe. I didn't stay but one night, and if I was ever back in that area I would stay here again.

Everything was fine but your breakfast was awful and showed a complete lack of concern for your customers that are paying over $100 a night. The food was old fashioned and not healthy. Just really bad. The presentation was horrible. It looked like you didn’t want to do it but somebody made you. Everybody felt that way the morning I was there and I’m sure it is the same feeling every day.

Carpet filthy, furniture chipped and microwave dirty. Staff was very friendly.

This place really needs updating. But I also understand it is a small town. We have stayed here twice and the ice machine was broken both times

We had a two night stay

The staff in the office was very helpful. They gave me ice when I discovered the ice machine didn’t work. Like many older hotels, there is no elevator to get to the second floor. They need to pressure wash the steps and walkways and move the cigarette stations from the upstairs walkway as the stench permeates the entire area.

This motel appears to have no sound insulation. The noises from both side rooms plus upstairs and outside were all heard clearly. The noises started around 10PM and continued into the very early hours of the morning. The shouting noise in the parking area went unchecked and caused us to cancel our second night. We don't know if staff was unaware or just ignored it.

It was a nice one night stay after a long day of traveling, would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

It was fine

Very clean. Renovated bathroom with comfort height toilet. Towels very white and soft.

It was good for an overnight stay. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly. Fair value for the price.

Softball tournament and needed a place to relax.

There was a women clearly under the influence of something outside our room all night long. The couple staying next door are monthly tenants. The cops were called early in the morning because of them. The house keeping staff is amazing and I feel terrible for them and the people they have to clean up after!!!!

The people were nice. The sheets were pretty clean, except for a couple hairs found. The pillows were like half pillows which were really weird. They were super small and hard. Super uncomfortable. There was no comforter either, just a couple of sheets. So I was pretty cold. The walls were dingy and there was a weird carpet shelf I didn’t want to touch. We knew we booked a 2 star because we were only there for 1 night. We could hear the people above us pretty easily.

Personally, I would remove this from the hotel.com. List of potential places to stay. Took three Different room rooms before one was acceptable to stay in. Old hotel, poor condition would never stay there again not even if it was free.

The room was clean but three factors made my evening difficult. The light on the desk was out and the other lights were too far away so I couldn't see to work at the desk. The blanket on the bed was very thin and I froze. Third was the fact that I couldn't find the phone number to the front office to report any of these conditions. I finally took the blanket off the bed and doubled it. That was better.
