Rating & Review Keseluruhan Holiday Inn RICHLAND ON THE RIVER by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Very clean and cozy. Super cool mid century modern building. Making us pay for breakfast was kinda lame and the room wasn't ready when we got there. Next time I want to get a room on the river! So close to parks and the river.

Property was dated. Carpets rather old, landscape needed attention. OTW the hotel met our needs for a stop over

Nice room & good location. Hotel needs some updates including ADA issues. There are no hand rails on the stairs for entrance 3. At least 2 of the key card access readers were not functioning… @ entryway 3 from courtyard and the main pool entrance, which is another ADA issue.

It was close to a lot of things.

Checking in was not great. Arrived at 4:15. Had to wait 45min. Room wasn’t ready. Pilots checked out late…

The bed was amazing! Both my husband and I slept SO good! Great blackout curtains! Loved the wood ceilings!

I didnt like the restaurant. i felt like they were using the free breakfast options. they were iut of stuff to.make 2 of the 5 drink options

Good stay. We enjoyed the hot tub. Also restaurants were very close.

I ordered a kobe hamburger 20+ dollars..it was so over cooked I couldn't eat it. The hand writting on my room key packet for internet access was so bad I had to call the front desk to decipher it.....room cleaning was every other day on a room harge of over 200+ per day!!!!!

Loved that the property was on the river and had a very beautiful walking trail. Property is a little old and needs some upkeep. Property does not let check in early and would not let us take the continental breakfast to our room. Staff was fairly unpleasant especially the front desk clerk had 2 interactions with her and neither were enjoyable.

Not worth the cost.

Stay was very uncomfortable, had to change room because of noisy heater which prevented us from sleeping, room was crammed and shower could not be adjusted. Room smelled and felt old. We will not stay here again or recommend this facility to anyone. One member of the staff was not friendly or helpful toward our situation,
