Rating & Review Keseluruhan DoubleTree by Hilton Missoula/Edgewater

Doubletree is undergoing a major reconstruction so the parking lot, lobby, etc are a bit confusing. Nonetheless check in was smooth as it could have been, staff helpful, and the on-site restaurant exceptional.

Always the best.

Construction was going on so limited parking. Sound would come through from neighboring rooms above and next door, waking us up from sound asleep in the middle of the night.

The only thing was the construction outside. The staff made it work, I wasn’t aware of the construction so when I pulled up I was confused. The upstairs people were super noisy.

I came to Missoula for a few concerts and spending time with my niece. The place was super nice and clean, plus you all have one of the best bar atmospheres in Missoula

It’s a nice area, love the river view! The bar and staff on site is excellent. However………….For the price you’re paying you think they would update the rooms. Old furniture, carpet was bunching up in our suite.

would appreciated at least one comfortable chair and thermostat temp readings were misleading/ otherwise we would rate it between good and excellent. a great visit and a good location for us. dinner facing the river was special setting and food good,

This is a great place to stay, and we loved being able to bring our dog. The rooms are clean and quiet and spacious. The restaurant is top Notch. We will definitely be returning!

The property was great and the people were friendly and professional. The warm cookie was a big hit.

Convenient

The room was very nice and spacious. Loved the vaulted ceiling and the private deck with river view. The bathroom was weirdly small and the toilet flush buttons are awful. So difficult to use if you have fingernails (I know that’s weird but it’s true) QR code for services was not functioning including room service menu and could not order room service without calling front desk and then transferring because the buttons on the phone didn’t work.
