Perfect location for restaurant, tuk tuk tours and shopping

Inacreditável que roupas do hóspede anterior ainda estivessem no armário quando cheguei ao quarto. Ainda pior foi saber que o quarto não dispunha de aparelho de ar condicionado em funcionamento.

Custo-benefício deixa a desejar. Banheiro do quarto era muito apertado.

Hotel excelente, super bem localizado. Café da manhã muito bom, ótimo restaurante.

Nice stay, rooms need some tlc. No hot water, carpets are all stained. Friendly staff and beautiful lobby.

Great location. Older hotel. Air conditioning really does not work well and we were told to open our room windows to cool the room. Location is excellent and pool is great but rooms are a bit old and need updating.

Nada acima da média, como se esperaria pelos valores praticados. Obra em cima do quarto em que ficamos, com marteladas o dia todo. Wi-Fi também não tinha alcance suficiente para o aposento. Seen muito bom, funcionários de recepção com atendimento mediano, concierge com dicas “pega turista”. No final, precisei carregar minhas próprias malas até o Uber.

Cannot beat the location

Incrível, hotel atende toda as exigências das pessoas mais exigentes. Recomendo.

Just a horrible overall experience. NO HOT WATER every day of our stay. Staff unable to fix problems. Electrical outlets in room and bathroom did not work. Blow dryer was broken.

I loved how the hotel was nearby all of Lisbon’s most exciting attractions and that the staff was very hospitable!

When I visited only one elevator was working in my wing and it made for waits. Otherwise,it was excellent.

Deveriam avisar que hotel não tem gerador que sustente ao menos um elevador funcionando no caso de falta de luz. Idosos de 83 anos tiveram que subir 6 andares de escada. Completo absurdo e decepção para um hotel 5 estrelas.

Otimo atendimento, lo alização e restaurante

Hotel confortável e com ótima localização na cidade, localizado na principal avenida. Os quartos poderiam ter uma decoração mais sofisticada considerando o padrão do hotel, tendo em vista a sua simplicidade. A suíte Junior, por ser de categoria superior, se localiza nos fundos do hotel, enquanto a suíte de categoria inferior se localizada na frente, o que não faz sentido. No mais, serviço e restaurante agradaram bastante.

Well, very cool interior and lovely views all around. The river view is probably the best side. The skill and caring of the staff is unmatched, from the cleaning lady to the bellmen... everyone. However I did expect to find... an exhaust fan in the bathroom... an ice bucket and ice machine on the floor... a bar of soap for the shower (you only get a small one for hand-washing and liquid bath gel)... more than one socket available to plug into (and that one had a 3-way split with only one opening available)... We were awaken by loud cars/bikes on Thursday & Friday night, and kids running in a hall... for a top-dollar place was a bit noisier than expected. So it's a 5 star hotel with only a 4-star experience (for American expectations) - but I don't know another hotel there that you would enjoy more.
