I also want to recognize Nathan, the concierge, whose care was extraordinary. When Dixie needed to see a veterinarian one evening, he quickly found an excellent local vet, personally drove us there in the hotel’s Moke to ease my anxiety, and picked us up afterward. His compassion, calmness, and genuine concern for both Dixie and me turned a stressful situation into one where we felt completely supported and cared for.
