I stayed here for five nights with my daughter. We were pleased with the professional staff, great breakfast, convenient location, restaurant recommendations and beautiful lobby

Excellent hotel

Leider war der Spa-Bereich wegen Renovierung geschlossen.

Ok so I checked in with my sister. We were greeted with an average response . The room given had zero view and felt like a jail. The second room given was dark and dingy , a bit outdated but we took it. Next morning my sister’s back was gone b/c the mattress was very bad( all springy no memory foam) definitely not for a 5 star standard. The staff recognized the faulty mattress and gave us yet another room which was much brighter and happier looking but at night when we tried to turn off the lights they wouldn’t turn off!!! It was absurd,,, after complaining yet again we were taken to another room to spend the night as their technician was not available to fix the lights . Eventually lights were fixed next morning but we both were so harassed and annoyed. The hotel gave us free breakfast for 3 mornings out of 5 but no discount or voucher of any sort. In short , location is ideal but hotel is not up to par for a 5 star hotel.

El servicio al cliente es extraordinario, la recámara de mis hijos tenía un problema con una ventana y los cambiaron inmediatamente de habitación. Nos apoyaron para dar seguimiento de unos aretes olvidados en Finlandia y una maleta que no llegó a München. Personal amable y atento que hacen la gran diferencia! El hotel muy cómodo aunque no sabíamos que la alberca estaba en mantenimiento y no pudimos utilizarla. Regresaremos sin duda a este hotel!!

"Omotenshi" was good enough to enjoy the hotel life. People are good and breakfast was extraordinary! The only problem was "twin bed " was not confirmed and I was obliged to upgrade the room to twin-bedded semisuit room w/extra chrge! Anyway i like to stay Kempinski Munchen!

Beautiful hotel, conveniently located right by Marienplatz, shopping and the opera house. Room was a good size and nicely furnished. The staff were polite and helpful.

Outstanding! First time to Munich. Staff was incredibly hospitable.

Very good location

The stay was lovely! We missed our connection flight in Munich due to mechanical problems on the plane. We were rebooked the next day. We decided to stay in the middle of town. Made the same day reservation on Hotel.com. We got our room when we got there earlier in the afternoon. Beautiful hotel, staff was very nice and food was great. Served us a glass of bubbles while we checked in. Very nice room. Great spot to walk to very nice stores and the famous Hoffbrau Haus. Highly recommended!
