Excellent, friendly staff, quiet, modern room and fantastic location a brief walk to historic sites

Il punto di vantaggio dell'hotel è che è molto vicino alla stazione, infatti in pochi minuti si raggiunge a piedi. Ha inoltre il ristorante la cui cucina è discreta, quindi valida alternativa in caso si è stanchi per andare fuori. Per questi motivi, ho soggiornato presso la struttura diverse volte. In ogni caso, l'ultima esperienza non è stata molto positiva, dallo scarico arrivava a tratti un forte odore e mentre ho fatto la doccia ho scoperto che il baldsamo era stato LARGAMENTE diluito con l'acqua. La camera al primo piano inoltre, benché classificata come superior, aveva una porta finestra che andava direttamente sul "cortile interno", ovvero una sorta terrazzo enorme adibito per i motori condizionatori/caldaie. Questo non mi ha fatto sentire sicura.

A due minuti dalla stazione e a cinque minuti dal centro città, è un hotel pulito, comodo e confortevole. Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile. Lo raccomando a chi vuole un soggiorno piacevole, comodo, e vicino ai mosaici di Ravenna e a ristoranti meno turistici e di ottima qualità alimentare.

An older property but with modern amenities. Good breakfast and within walking distance of tourist highlights. Only complaint is the request for passport information in advance for which there was no need and no requirement.

The room was nice small but ok. No wash cloths. Room was ready when I checked in. Some amenities are different from the US. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

Gave an overall rating of 4 due to the location and walk ability to the town center. The A/C was weak and the room was sooo tiny. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Transportation to the port for our cruise was great, clean and on-time.

We opted to stay at NH Ravenna before our cruise. It was close, in a pretty good area and within walking distance to local shops and dining. The rooms are super small but clean. The elevator is large enough for 2 people!!
