Staff was nice at check-in. Hotel going through renovations.

Everything wonderful staff great

Trash and towels. We talked to the housekeeping lady on the day they were supposed to do trash and towels and they never came back. The air conditioner never removed moisture from the room so everything was damp and nothing dried, even after several days. For a handicapped accessible room, the microwave was too high. I couldn’t reach it to use it. The “handicapped” shower had one grab bar in an awkward area.

Tv not working toilet not attached to the floor pal smell coming out the room itself had a foul smell mold around the air conditioning had a towel on the floor to catch the drips dogs barking all night room overall with some bad condition only good thing there was the dèsk mán Payton phones not working

My room was flooded and I had to ask for another room.

The staff was friendly . The room was ok. There were bugs ..roaches had to ask them to spray. Shower door would not close reported it and nothing was done. No water pressure. Bed was hard like as a rock and the bedding was stained.the smell of marujuana is overwhelming and you cannot leave food anywhere bugs!!! Staff was veey sweet. We will never stay there again

Quiet hotel. Room was clean and had everything I needed. The hotel itself needs some repairs in the areas in the hallways and outside the building, but the hotel met my needs for the 2 nights I was there. The staff was very professional and helpful.

Room was not up to staying/sleeping standards, found roaches crawling in the bed once moved pillows.

They currently doing construction on the office area but other than that was a quiet pleasant visit

Too many roaches in rooms

I was unable to stay at Studio 6 because I could not breathe in the room. I was overwhelmed by the presence of mold and/or mildew. The attendant canceled the reservation and refunded my deposit. So I need any charges for this booking refunded. Thank you in advance.

I didn’t like anything about the hotel my room was dirty no internet or WiFi steer clear away from there

Front desk was operating out of one of the rooms. WiFi was and computer systems were down, so I was unable to check in. Despite not being able to check in management would not authorize a refund for the room I was unable to use
