Great location, spotless clean, comfortable mattress the best sleep I had in years, friendly staff.

I stayed at Hotel Kunsthof in Vienna for 5 nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. I would especially like to highlight Noah at the front desk. He was truly outstanding and made my stay feel welcoming and personal. Noah helped me arrange a taxi for a very early morning airport transfer at 3:00 am, explained the expected cost in advance, and made sure the taxi was waiting exactly on time. Throughout my stay, he was incredibly kind and attentive. He brought me coffee in the evening, took time to talk, shared local recommendations, and helped me discover places I would not have found on my own. His professionalism, warmth, and ability to genuinely connect with guests are exceptional. He truly understands hospitality and would absolutely deserve a promotion or a leadership role. The hotel also has a very beautiful backyard. Even in winter it looks charming and peaceful. During breakfast, a lovely staff member named Evgeniya, who was serving coffee, mentioned that in summer the courtyard becomes even more beautiful, full of greenery with outdoor seating. It definitely made me want to return during a warmer season. Breakfast was very good. I appreciated the flexibility of purchasing it as an option rather than being tied to a fixed schedule. Locación perfecta cerca de estación U, la habitación muy limpia y los encargados muy serviciales, especialmente los empleados del restaurante en el desayuno

It is a good no-frill hotel. The breakfast spread is nice. It also close to the Praterstern station, so you can directly take the S7 train from airport to this station.

Staff was courteous and helpful in directing us to places to eat and arranging taxi. The shower floor is slippery and needs rubber mat to prevent falling and hurting oneself.

Friendly staff. Loved the fresh water they have for the guests at your convenience. Clean room. Very close walking distance to the metro.

The hotel was good clean and close to train station and easy to get into central London. They let me check in early. Single room is small but enough for one person. The sounds isolation was bad as one can hear people walking loud, slamming doors and moving around. Other than that the hotel is a good value for money

The hotel had great public transit connections

Vi trivdes jättebra. Lägenheten var väldigt fint dekorerad och mycket fräsch. Dom städade dagligen vilken vi verkligen uppskattade. Sängarna och kuddarna var väldigt skön. Det ligger nära tunnelbanan. Incheckningen var extremt smidig trots att vi kom fram när receptionen var stängd. Rekommenderar starkt detta boende.
