Cleanliness and amenities were fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast at a cost of 13 euros was a bit disappointing although the coffee was very good

Hotel très bien situé, entre les 2 gares et proche de l'hyper centre. Les chambres sont propres, le personnel à l'écoute, en revanche le cadre n'est pas très chaleureux. Le rapport qualité prix est en revanche très bien.

4泊した。基本的に満足している。ユニットバスあり。掃除も綺麗で清潔。リールフランドル駅から徒歩５分で隣がユニクロやスーパーcarrefour も入るショッピングセンターと非常に便利　駅前一帯は広くてモダンで新宿のような人混み。ホテルは静か ただ何回かタオルが無いなどでレセプションに私が取りに行くなど、レセプションと掃除担当の連携が唯一イマイチ。エレベーターも2機あるが一機しか動かしていない。

Très bien situé à proximité de la gare internationale et très bien entretenu

The room is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. One takeaway is that the elevator was broken the day we checked in. The front desk staff gave us a room on the 2nd floor since we have luggages. It was still a struggle to bring the luggages up, but at least we got our exercise. The elevator got fixed the afternoon of the following day. The room came with a small fridge with drinks and snacks for a small fee. Most importantly, the AC is nice and cold! The hotel is practically at the mall, 2-3min walk to the Flanders and Euro train stations, and plenty food places around. Very, very convenient!

Great location for anyone travelling by train. Friendly staff. Quiet, clean room.

Super convenient location for Eurostar travellers as well as walkable to everywhere you would want to go. All the staff we interacted with were very helpful and multilingual. Aircon in the room was amazing!

Lovely hotel and so near Lille Eurostar. Only a short walk to the railway station and other amenities in Central Lille. Staff very friendly, room clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Only drawback having only one lift operating which proved to be a little tedious at times. Overall well pleased and would definately recommend and will be staying there again.

Depuis des années nous allons dans ce lieu. Propre, personnel très gentil, petit déjeuner impeccable, reste un bémol 1 ascenseur sur 2 , en panne. Pas top pour desservir 8 étages !
