La atencion de todos .en el lobby y de los botones. Son muy atentos y preocupados por cada detalle para tener una estancia maravilloso. Por esa razon volveremos como todos los meses. Gracias Patty ulloa,Genesis, macarena, Jonathan, Jesús mendoza, al restaurante la terraza a mario,Flemin. A todos y a los que se me olvida nombrarlos. Gracias por todo

The hotel is in a great location! Restaurants, stores, walking distance to downtown Miraflores with a lot more things to do! We will return!

Located in a very convenient area of Miraflores, pretty close to beaches and historical sites. The use of the pool was great. It would be nice to have access to a rooftop facility for drinks or meals.

Loved our stay at the hotel, great staff and very clean rooms. The room was very humid and we had to wait a very long time for hot water in the shower.

Todo me gusto y mas aun es el trato del personal que tienen con nosotros. Estoy muy agradecido de Patty Ulloa, de Macarena, Genesis, chiara. De los botones en especial Jesus mendoza. Son gente maravillosa y nos hacen sentir en casa y solucionan todos nuestras necesidades. Por esta razon y muchas mas es que vuelvo siempre al hotel.

Overall we had a great experience.

Everything was good except for the staff in the front desk. I got this hotel for my parents for two days. Since the didn’t have a cell phone I had to call the hotel to get transfer to their room. The first day went well. The second day I called in the morning and the front desk person tells me that my parents left the hotel and my dad left his key card on the counter. I asked why he left if he has the room prepaid for Teo days. They just said well he left. A few other family members did the same and were told the same. After a few hours I was able to talk to them and they told they never left the key card and they left some of their things in the room cause they had to come back for their last night. We even asked the front desk to check if they could check if their things were in the room and they said that nothing was left. We were so worried all these time thinking the worse. Terrible communication from the hotel.

The staff was friendly and professional. Having the hotel car pick us up at midnight and then on return take us to the airport at 3AM was superb. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of many restaurants. We had breakfast at first at the hotel (it was great) and then later on we explored other options. But we used the two restaurants in the hotel and were super. When we return in about ayear we will stay here.
