Great hotel but overpriced for what it was. Didn’t feel great about the lack of life guards at the pool or beach. We were there during the tsunami warning and the staff were amazing in the regards.

We found a large cockroach in our room. Staff was slow and unhelpful on many occasions. Luxury rooms and club rooms did not provide a higher level of service. Dirty pools. Definitely disappointed.

First time at this particular property and we absolutely loved it. We are used to staying 5 star and this property did t disappoint. The pools were great, location spectacular and general vibe of the property was just perfect. The only downside is that food options were a little limited for this size of property but there are also plenty of restaurants very close by walking distance to choose from as well. Highly recommended Rsort!

It was nice stay; however, they were not very accommodating with late check out and the cleaning room service was ok. I found vodka trash bottles throughout the room and another person’s retainer. The valet service was excellent. Market food was quick, delicious and tasty.

The ocean view room was stunning, interior staff amazing. The only complaint we had was the pool waiters rarely came around and so we had to frequent the actual bar all week when we wanted food or a drink.

We stayed in the newer tower and loved everything about our stay, except the beds. They are WAY too soft and caused both my husband and I to wake up in pain every morning. Highly recommend updating the mattresses to match the 5-star experience this resort provides.

The check in for the tower was very nice. Caroline who checked us in was outstanding and very friendly and knowledgeable. Adult pool waitresses were great and quick. Would stay at the westin again.

This is a beautiful resort. Great staff and plenty to do. I would highly recommend to anyone, especially families.

We LOVED our stay at the Westin. The property and rooms were amazing. The plethora of waterfalls, flamingos, and pools were awe inspiring. We loved all the restaurants and walking distance to shopping and other restaurants in the area. We took a sunrise tour to Haliakella and a boat ride sunset tour. We also did the Luau which I would highly recommend.

We loved staying here for a family trip with our children & grandchildren. The location is perfect and adjacent to Whaler’s Village restaurants and shops. Kids loved the water slides and being beachfront on a sandy stretch of beach. Spa was lovely. Valley Alley arcade was a plus. Ulu Kitchen food was delicious! Friendly, helpful staff.

Check in lines take forever and our wrist band wouldn’t let us in our room one day. Which made for a very long elevator wait time ride even longer because everyone’s was not working and didn’t know until they got to their rooms so everyone was waiting at the same time. The bar staff at the pool were amazing! Drinks were strong and food was good!

Service, hospitality,housekeeping was amazing. The options of amenities and restaurants felt endless, and overwhelmed us in the best way possible. Employees loved their job which elevated the experience even more. Down to the nitty gritty, rooms were clean, pool areas were clean and the towel system was great. The food on the hotel property was delicious and beyond worth it. Best hotel experience ever!

We had an awesome time. Highly recommend. A strike the right balance between families and adult adults. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to the package that has breakfast and dinner provided. My family loved it and it was a hit.
