Clean and elegant property. We had an issue with our rooms plumbing and spent a chunk of the early morning waiting and needing to move to another room.

I liked the decor and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We booked a room here for our 25th anniversary because we stayed here for our honeymoon. They gave our room away and offered us a lesser room. We will not be back

Staff was helpful, but property and amenities were not worth the price

The building is great and Ronnie at the front desk made the whole experience worthwhile, but there was no hot water and my bathroom door was broken. The rooms and hallways are rough around the edges. With water damage on the ceiling. Feels like they put more effort into the lobby. Even the front door is full of cobwebs. But, it's an interesting historical building. I think they will need a lot of money to get it up to the standard it should be. Seems like they are understaffed as well.

It was a nice stay and as others said the valet was a highlight.

James was amazing! It was 2:30am when I got to the hotel. I was exhausted and alone. I called and told him I was on the way, I got lost on the way. He answered the phone every time and helped me find my way to the hotel. I just can't thank him enough for his kindness! Also your valet drivers are excellent! Every single one of them, but the was a young black eoman-and she was phenomenal! She met me with an umbrella, patiently waited for me to get out of the car. I just appreciated her kindness so much as well as Matthew and Patrick!

Great place, very beautiful

It is an experience that fits perfectly into a weekend exploring Cincinnati. Worth every penny. Our room was gorgeous. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the valets and their knowledge of the area.

The valet services were expensive but very friendly.

What ever happened to crisp cotton sheets and towels at a hotel? The sheets were gross and felt like paper.

After arriving at the room, I lost my cell phone cable and the reception staff did not respond to what happened and they charged my credit card for more than $2000. They also do not know what happened. It was a very bad experience.

Terrible service messed up the whole experience for me.

We reserved a room with a whirlpool bath for Valentine's Day and called twice informing them of a late check-in. They still gave the room away and gave us a room with no heat. Then the next day they changed our room to a room with a whirlpool bath that had no hot water.

Tried to put us in a regular room instead of the premium one we booked; fixtures in the bathroom were broken; jetted tub didn’t work; didn’t have hot water…valet took nearly an hour to retrieve our car. VERY disappointing stay, as we’ve stayed there before without issue
