Excelente lugar y vista

Fue un buen hotel. Ahora se nota que no le dan mantenimiento. La alberca sucia y parece que así dura bastante.

En el ultimo momento te dicen que te hicieron Upgrade y en realidad me dieron una habitación muy mala. Yo reserve vista a la ciudad y me la dieron con vista a la piscina (El Hotel estaba casi vacío). El aire acondicionado nunca funcionó, el teléfono tampoco. Solo dejaron una toalla para una persona en el baño y tuve que ir a recepción por la otra. Tengo muchos años hospedandome ahí por su Disco y la verdad en esta ocasión, fue pésimo.

Everything was good only things was that TV wasn't working tv controller don't have the battery try to call receptionist and phone wasn't working 😕 so when to lobby and lady told me im gonna send someone....never arrive sooooo no bueno😒😏

Le falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel,, el aire acondicionado no sirve, la alberca no está muy limpia y no está climatizada, no te puedes meter de lo helada

Old facility, pool was not veryy clean

Todo iba muy bien, la cena en el restaurante, el baile en la disco, pero cuando prendimos el Jacuzzi, empezó a tirar mucha agua por las salidas de masaje, el cual no podíamos apagar hasta que hablamos a mantenimiento, pero ya el cuarto estaba muy mojado, no servían los botones para detenerlo

Me dieron una habitación sin aire acondicionado ...los muebles en la habitación estaban virados...el teléfono para llamar a recepción no servía ...y si. Toallas en el baño....

Precioso lugar, tranquilo, con hermosas vistas, limpio, personal amable. Perfecto para relajarse.

Excellent installations, beautiful hotel. 10/10

I love the hotel and stay there every time I visit Guadalajara. Except this time, there was a receptionist that gave us a very bad experience. We were basically ignored by her and the bell boy for a request made the day we arrived on Saturday. We almost lost our flight on Monday still waiting for the same request. Really bad, and is not like they are busy. I do want to point out that there is a waitress - I Don’t remember her name-that gave me an outstanding service on Sunday morning. I wish you had staff like her at the front. (If it helps to identify her, she has an Argentinian accent)

Es un hotel bueno para relajarte con buena atención y seguridad , y la comida buena y buen precio .
