Great hotel and location near the Santiago Bernabeu. Clean and tidy hotel. Washroom did not have a door which is weird. Stayed with my daughter at the Westin Cuzco to watch the Classico. Had to leave the room when my daughter or I had to shower.

So noisey, the street noise woke me up multiple times a night. Checkin and baggage drop off were like it was their 1st day on the job. The breakfast staff were grumpy and insulting.

Very clean and nice hotel. Close to the metro, too.

Helpful and friendly staff, great room (corner suite was large with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed), and a really delicious breakfast. Location is about 20-25 min from many common destinations. We didn’t use metro but there was a main stop right nearby. Safe area even late at night.

Excellent hotel, has everything you ever need

Estuvimos 12 días en el hotel y todo fue increíble, el servicio espectacular, el desayuno muy rico, la limpieza de las habitaciones increíble. Por último el restaurante y bar también buen servicio y comida/bebidas. Por último me gustaría agradecer al personal de Front Desk que siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades, incluso Félix un compañero de ahí me ayudó a decorar el cuarto para mi familia! Gracias por todo

Hotel location is very convenient as it's just in front of Cuzco subway station. From there, practically all of Madrid's attraction are reachable. Room are very comfortable and staff is friendly. This is a strongly recommended hotel.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location for our trip, and loads of options for eating at night.

I got a room with a connection door, means I heard every single word of my neighbors in the night! Unacceptable for a 200€ room!
