Had a 2 bedroom suite which was spacious. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, but the condition of them all was questionable - or required effort to get. The normal weekday manager was great and tried to makeup for the weekend shortfalls. The cleanliness was not great, but not horrible. It’s an older hotel, so questionable if it was dirty or just aged.

When we got to our room the bathroom was dirty. Toilet wasn't cleaned and hair in the bathtub. Rooms are a little underrated, but otherwise ok stay.

Rough crowd , cigars smoked by the pool where kids swam, basketball was always “stolen”, people that were also staying smoking things they shouldn’t be smoking right by the hotel room stairs, housekeeping did not come clean or refill things unless you requested it . Breakfast not good. Room not entirely cleaned when we checked in, burger left in microwave, disgusting . Not a great stay and not “kid friendly” .

Room was spacious and the kitchen area was nice. Convenient location to get to downtown

When we arrived the manager that night was ready for us at the front desk and was absolutely lovely and also had all of our information and room cards and details ready. She was also so kind and professional. I believe her name was Bernadette. Not sure of her name but she was wonderful. Our stay room was great too!

Old and tired property. The carpets were filthy in the room. The couch was dirty with large stains. Staff was really nice.

I just want to say thank you Residence Inn 😊 Grace at the front desk was amazing, beyond great customer service! She set the tone for my visit there, no complaints. Property was very clean and spacious, i felt right at home. Thank you!

The manager Michael was amazing. He would greet everyone so cheerfully every time he would see us. He was accommodating when my reservation was compromised due to a flight delay. He also held my luggage after it was delivered by the airline. My room was regularly refreshed. Breakfast was hit or miss, the staff who do breakfast could be more kind and approachable especially since they are the first interaction you get to start your day. Pool was clean and fun. Overall it was a great 2 weeks, and the location was perfection!

I called the front desk two times to get my TV to work, Promised Maintenance would come up, but nothing. Happens when I did not bring a Laptop. Not good, un Marriot like

The room was very clean. My only critique would be that the refrigerator could have been wiped down better.

Enjoyable time with my wife and family at the hotel.

Easy access, parking, nice staff, good selection at breakfast, clean. But 4 AC units just outside the window by the bed can get quite nosy at night.

Clean and neat.

I could hear my upstairs neighbors walking, and my next-door neighbors operating sinks and showers. The food at breakfast was good and I appreciated that it started early. Mark at the front desk was very helpful and efficient.

Ive stayed at this property numerous times over the years. Although its outdated, I have always enjoyed my stay. This time, not so well. The room smelled of urine, the bathroom floor was sticky, with a stronger smell of urine, the bed linen smells like vick's vapor rub. I checked in about 3:30p and call front desk, I spoke to Mark, notify him that the room smelled of urine and linen needed

Inside the room, it gets worse. The carpet has seen things. The furniture looks like it came from a roadside “FREE” pile. The vibe? Mid-90s transitional housing with a splash of “don’t touch anything.” The “breakfast buffet” feels like a dare — rubber eggs, sausage links that bounce, and a waffle maker that may be a fire hazard. Housekeeping popped in just long enough to prove the room was still occupied. Guests? A rotating cast of long-term residents that give the place more of a halfway house feel than a Marriott property. This isn’t a hotel stay. It’s a sociology case study. If you’re looking for comfort, keep driving. But if you want to remember what rock bottom smells like welcome home.

Had a confirmed reservation for two rooms with proof in writing in hand but was told at the hotel it was for one room and no other rooms were available. Had to find another hotel for the night! Not even an apology offered!
