The rooms stink like dog and the carpet in first room was chewed up. Place needs to be renovated. The staff is really nice though.

Very well run. Guest services were very helpful with prompt reaction to several small concerns, I have recommended to travelling friends.

Choice Hotel are always the wrong choice. I dudnt realize it was a choice hotel I would never book with them. It was exactly what a uncomfortable choice hotel stay is. Very Hot, hard beds. Crackheads everywhere

Room felt damp throughout stay. Shower has a swing door so no matter how we angled the door there was a lot of water on the bathroom floor. Limited breakfast options - main being eggs and sausage. Ran a completely out two of the four mornings. I assume we had the last half portion the first morning. Only got to eat last morning because we went at 6:30am.

The check-in person (Hannah) was the nicest ever. Room was very clean. But there was almost nothing at all for breakfast. The waffle machine worked and had batter, but nothing else was “available.”

In general we had a good stay. The rooms were compact but reasonably clean. The room smelled a bit stale. But we opened a window and it soon aired out. Breakfast was very basic but served the purpose. A nice place to stop for a few z's.

It was nice and pretty affordable just the only thing that bothered me is that it was so hot in those rooms. The AC did not work well at all and when it did work it was leaking and dripping water all over

When I got to my room it smelled terrible. It smelled like a gym locker room. I went to the front desk to change rooms. Hannah, at the desk was very accommodating. She has a pleasant charming personality. She kindly booked me into a different room. The second room was very nice. No odd smells and looked to have lived a better life than the first room.

This was a great location for what I was in town for. Everything was nice and had a good continental breakfast. The only downside was the bathroom was very tiny with only a small standup shower and it was old with some brown and black stains.

Good and quiet

Our stay was just overnight and it was fine. Breakfast was a little unstructured but I noticed the front desk clerk was taking care of both.

Location is great, super friendly staff, breakfast and a heated (warm) pool which was great! Swimming at 70 degrees was pretty interesting!

Staff was extremely friendly

The pool was very cloudy and looked like it had mold in the corners. Shower in room had ductape at bottom. There was no breakfast left at 8:30 am when we went down for breakfast. Not everyone gets up a 6am. Breakfast is part if the package offered.

My room was clean and spacious, check in was easy, and the location was convenient for flying out of the Lansing airport.

Good for the price. Relatively clean. Breakfast was lacking- everything had run out by 8am on a Saturday and was not being restocked.
