The room was terrible, unclean and neglected. Mold around the bathtub and countertop felt dirty.

We had trouble with our shower not working. They said it would be addressed but it wasn’t. Everything else was perfect

Following the loss of my parents, my teenager and I decided to check into the Delta for a little Christmas staycation. We packed up all of our Christmas presents, our turkey dinner, lots of snacks, and tucked in for a brand new tradition. The front desk person waived our parking fees and provided us with a lovely little Christmas gift filled with local goodies and some clementines. It was such a nice welcome for the holiday. We had the pool mostly to ourselves every time we chose to swim and we were enjoying ourselves so much that we decided to stay an extra night. We will be back next Christmas and many more to follow.

Friendly staff

No heat in the room it was actually cold air coming out of the vent, hardly any hot water, the shower gel in the bathroom wasn’t refilled. My husband also has a severe dust allergy, so every hotel we go to we check the air filter in the room and it was very dirty. We did receive a free breakfast from the hotel staff because we had issues with the room.

The staff, especially the front desk, were extremely friendly and courteous. The room was very clean and very comfortable. All in all a great experience.

Clean, comfortable room and very helpful staff. The shower faucet was a bit stiff and took some effort to turn on, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t affect our stay. Overall, a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it
