When I arrived, there was only 1 person registering guests as they come into the hotel. Due to this, it took close to 25 minutes for someone to register me and provide my room key. Then, the room had several issues. First, the A/C unit was very loud. Also, the shower was very outdated and shower head was missing parts to direct the water, therefore water was spraying in every direction. The overall room needs to be remodeled due to excessive wear and tear. Lastly, several of the lights in the hallway leading to my room were not working and therefore it was very dark walking to my room.

Its an ok hotel ,pools are very cold.Expected it to be more fancy due to the high prices for their rooms.

If you really need to go to Mexicali, Lucerna will always be your best option. Something really nice occurred to me during this trip, the Manager knew me by last name. That is customer service.

Falta atención en los servicios de limpieza a la habitación. No reponen toallas cuando hacen limpieza a la habitación y del siguiente día dejan de realizar la limpieza a la habitación, no la limpian

I paid for an executive room and the condition of the room and bathroom was very poor. Paint was very poorly done. Carpet is old and lighting was not adequate. They need to upgrade their executive rooms.

Las condiciones del baño eran muy malas. Se encontraba sucio y el agua tirando constamente del inodoro. El lavamanos tambien fugaba agua, provocando mucho desorden... se lo comentamos al personal de recepción, sin embargo, no atendieron al llamado. El aire acondicionado estuvo excelente y las condiciones de la cama eran buenas. Lo único malo es que el cuarto que me tocó se encontraba en la pasada de todo, por lo que se escuchaba mucho ruido y era imposible no despertarse super temprano. El desayuno fue aceptable y el personal del restaurante muy pero muy amable!.
