Jag behövde hjälp med att förvara kylklampar och lite färskvaror på hotellet. Det var inga problem, personalen var mycket hjälpsamma. Heder och tack.

Det saknades ekologiskt tänk, veganska alternativ och frukosten var på det hela enkel.

Séjour plus que parfait. J'ai adoré l'ambiance zen par rapport au fait qu'on soit entouré d'eau. La chambre est très propre. Le personnel est souriant et professionnel.

Bunk beds were novel! Really enjoyed the breakfast nice bar area. I complained about one of the tour companies advertised (took money but didn't send ticket and poor email response) and they immediately removed the flyers, which I was impressed with

Yes : great location in Old Town. Good for walking to sites & tours. Enjoyed the novel experience of staying on a ship.

Room was lovely, bigger than we expected. The staff were great, as helpful as they could be. Being so close to the Gamle Stan was perfect. The sad thing was that the bar/restaurant was so quiet, strange as breakfast was so busy there were obviously plenty of people staying.

Funcionários atenciosos. A localização muito privilegiada e perto de tudo que é importante em Estocolmo. Facil acesso a transportes públicos e o hotel acaba sendo parte da paisagem.
