This is a lovely small high quality hotel with great rooms, friendly helpful staff, gorgeous garden and pool and wonderful food. I will defintely come back!

Hôtel international correct, mais sans plus. Le Service pourrait être amelioré. Chambres mal insonorisées, surtout celles communicantes (on a l'impression de dormir avec ses voisins, beaucoup de bruit). Lits corrects. L'hôtel semble vieillissant, les chambres mériteraient une rénovation. Le rapport qualité/prix est moyen, pas catastrophique mais pas excellent.

Lovely feel and ambience. Relaxing evening by the poolside. Spacious rooms. Some of the furnishings were dated and could do with refurbishment. Walkable to city centre. Easy travel access and felt welcome throughout. Friendly helpful staff, many from the northeast.

It's a great property with ample facilities, like their health center & the pool. Bohot are really clean & well equipped. The rooms are white spacious and the breakfast was delicious with variety

The check in was a bit confused, bills were duplicated but not overcharged. Room was a bit tatty but clean and with all standard amenities. Garden was lovely. Service was good

Hotel decepcionante. A primera vista parece un hotel más que correcto, habitación amplia, moderna y acogedora pero cuando uno se empieza a fijar en los detalles la cosa cambia. Falta de limpieza por todas partes, mucho polvo acumulado debajo de la cama desde hace mucho tiempo, sabanas viejas y aparentemente limpias pero los cojines decorativos están llenos de manchas poco agradables, lámparas en mal estado de conservación y muy sucias, ducha poco higiénica, papeleras con manchas y oxidadas... En el buffet del desayuno tampoco mejora la cosa, manchas en las paredes, de fácil limpieza con un trapo pero que nadie limpia, con la máquina del café ocurre lo mismo, se le van acumulando las manchas de salpicaduras un día tras otro y durante muchos días. Nada más llegar a la habitación, me encontré la caja fuerte cerrada y bloqueada, tardaron 4 horas en darle una solución después de dos llamadas a recepción y un tercer aviso bajando a personalmente a recepción . El hotel lo tiene todo para ser un gran hotel pero le falta mucha atención por parte de los trabajadores y la dirección.

Very friendly staff

Excellent stay. Very good service, particularly from the young lady in the travel office who was so helpful when we were having difficulty booking an Uber. We had the buffet dinner both nights and felt it good value, with wide range of foods. There’s a pool, which is nice to sit by and a daily yoga session at 7.30am. The hotel is also 12 minute walk to the Railway Museum, a peaceful place to spend an hour or so and only 50 R/s. This represents excellent value, particularly when you find the rate for foreigners to visit Mysore palace is now 1000Rs.

Everything about the hotel-the room, the ambience, the surrounding area and staff were great! The Zest retaurant in the hotel is one of the very best! Ravi, my server with a smiling face provided exceptional service to get me Alu Palak and Tandoori roti which is my favorite! The next day I had the buffet which had such a great variety and every dish was so tasty. Kudos to the chef and his team!

We stayed here at the crazy time of Deshera. Great location not far from palace. Room was spacious and comfy. We enjoyed both restaurants and the little cake shop was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Cefan who organized tickets to the procession for us.

The service here is amazing, Daniel and Narayan was humble and had provided tremendous service. Daniel helped in suggesting the places to visit around mysuru. Thank you Daniel. This stay is very accessible to all the attractions in and around mysuru, the breakfast buffet was scrumptious. Being a solo traveller accessiblilty to public transport is very important and we can catch a bus or auto or cab from this hotel.

Really easy check in and out. Upgraded, so that puts a smile on everything and the room was spacious, great bed, bathroom facilities were great, plenty of strong hot water, quiet, and service was great. One minor problem in the restaurant but it was as much my error as the waiter’s - language misinterpretation. Special mention for Mahadevaswamy who was humbly attentive during our restaurant visits. The grounds are ample, the pool and adjacent restaurant are excellent (enjoyed the live guitar) and the fish spa is a must. Excellent value for money.
