Rating & Review Keseluruhan Days Inn by Wyndham Syracuse

Stayed one night in April 2025, bed was comfortable, heat worked and area is pretty quiet. TV did not have remote in room, and replacement from front desk did not work. Staff is very friendly and helpful, but seem short staffed. Paint on walls, elevator car, etc is all dented, scuffed, worn down. There was a sign saying renovations are starting soon.

Still waiting for my deposit to come back. It wasn't the cleaness Otherwise it was ok The front employee was very nice

The check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast could of been better. Waffle maker had old batter on it and was hard to get waffles off the machine. People probably did not spray it first with the oil. The staff was very efficient when things were gone ( like coffee had run out , no plates etc. when notified.

The staff were friendly and rooms were clean. If you’re looking for a quick hotel right off the NYS thruway, this is convenient.

It was ok ot served its purposes. The bed was cozy and the barhroom was ok...1 nite it wasnt bad

Enjoyed the stay, very clean, organized . Front desk peoples where more interested in there own personal business than taking care of the customer's. Lack of service per being in cars for naps or breaks, no one on front desk for periods of time or there Jamaican 1 million credit card line of credit. Lack of cleanliness after 11 pm., lack of information to guest immunities.

The workers were very nice. The room was trashy and dirty. Hole in the bathtub, hair in the fridge, hallway smelled like weed. Nothing available for breakfast except cereal.

The room was clean, but their breakfast options were terrible, and their elevator was a death trap, because I got stuck in it until two of the hotel staff pried the door open, with my help, so I could get out. An elevator repair man was called after I had checked out. I won't be staying there ever again.

Wehen we got tonthe room, we found a dried piece of snot on the shower curtain. The bathroom door knob was broken and so was the iron. I attempted to usenit and it dumped all the water through the bottom of the iron. The internet kept dropping its connection. I would avoid going to this hotel.

The bathroom was questionable. I want told that the elevator was broken until after I checked in. I got up the stairs but not without pain bad leg. The breakfast had no cups for the waffle batter. The front desk was rude about it then there wasn’t a drop of batter in the machine and only one muffin. Had to go buy breakfast at Dennys. The morning staff was awful. Never staying at any Wyndham again second bad experience this year at the two I used. Other hotels much better.

What makes the property was the friendliness of their staff, thumbs up! -We had a guy try to come into our room at 1:47am and for some reason their card actually worked to open the door. Luckily I had the latch on and had gotten up quick enough to push the door shut. He was just as scared as I was along with he was probably confused with the room door because he left pretty quickly. It seemed like an honest mistake so I didn’t report it however, it stayed on my mind for the next two nights I was there. -the other negative, the mattress's and chairs were stained won’t say anymore.. -the shower was cracked -the toilet seat loose. -got yelled at by an older man for parking were he wanted to park but didn’t because he was obviously drunk -there was a soccer tournament going on so no other place to stay at, my suggestion do check to see if there is anything going on in the town your staying because that will tell you how much you will be paying and believe the reviews😉 -we stayed at the THOMPSON road Syracuse New York location. DONT EAT at DENNYS!!

It was definitely a 2 star property. Tired

Horrible service I was double charged and then told I had to call Expedia then she gave me attitude when I called them in the lobby. Expedia rep called the desk and she responded rudely to the representative saying I know who you are talking about he’s sitting in my lobby. Then lied to her saying he claims he was double charged but she wasn’t sure if I was when I showed her my charges and she looked on her end and acknowledged prior to the call that she saw it on her end

Check in staff was super friendly, fast, and helpful even late at night.
